I love this hotel, very clean & near with tourism places . The staff are really friendly, they guide me very well , the restaurant staff also nice, they offered me free turkish tea after my dinner. I sit outside for smooking & they gave me a warm blanket to cover, very nice staff. Looking forward to coming back very soon

Good hotel. A better point of this hotel is the location only, but you can get good experience in Istanbul with no problems.

Für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Unten mit dem Restaurant hat man einen schönen Tagesabschluss bevor man auf das Zimmer geht. Preisleistung ist gut.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El personal es amable y atento. La habitación y las camas son cómodas, pero huelen un poco a humedad. El desayuno es adecuado y tiene bastante variedad. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Hotel ini terletak sangat baik. Di sini juga banyak restoran dengan harga bervariasi. Supermarket dan binatu di dekatnya. Kamar rata-rata tapi oke untuk beberapa malam, kamar mandi sangat bagus. Tempat tua tapi bersih. Staf sangat membantu dan baik hati dan selalu membantu jika diperlukan. Saya telah membaca ulasan yang sangat buruk tapi itu mungkin untuk kamar yang paling murah. Harga rata-rata sangat bagus untuk kamar dan fasilitas + lokasi dekat trem dan jarak berjalan kaki dari tempat wisata utama.

Worst Hotel ever! BED BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! We booked the hotel for 4 nights with a group of friends. When we arrived they told us we can only sleep in the basement. The rooms are definitely not as they are shown in the pictures, way smaller. You cannot move with two people in there. So they offered us a three bedroom room (which was a normal hotel room for two people but they put two beds in there) so instead of two payed rooms we only got one room and this room and our friends room had bed bugs!! We immediately checked out after the first night when we noticed. And now they are refusing to give us our money back.

Hotel staff is EXTREMELY rude! If you call on their reception then they don’t talk to you properly and say “we are busy” and hang up the call. And if you send them an email they never reply! Better pay little extra money and book a hotel where they know how to talk with respect and how to treat their guests!

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is in a great location. We had Limonata drink on arrival, free room upgrade, and the breakfast was delicious! The room was very clean, with the cleaners coming in every day. Islam, Saeid, and Sunnat were very hospitable and welcoming, and they saw to our needs. Thank you very much, we will stay again.
