Tidak apa-apa untuk harga ini. Sarapan dan lokasinya sempurna. Kamarnya sangat kecil. Pemandangan di lantai 4 bagus. Pemandangan sarapan sangat bagus.

Excellent 3 stars close to the Havabus stop and to shopping area....Breakfast is wonderful with a beautiful view on the Bosphorus

很滿意。房間不大，但很乾凈舒適。周圍是居民區，非常安靜。一百米以外就是海，兩百米外是輪渡碼頭，去哪兒都方便。 早餐餐廳的景色棒極了。 價格也很實惠。 會繼續光顧。 very satisfied. The room is not quite big, but decent and cozy. Surrounded by local communities, very quiet. The sea is 100 meters away downslope, and the ferry terminal is 200 meters away can get to many other ports. Thus, it is convenient to get to anywhere. The view from the breakfast restaurant is stunning. Economical price. Will come again.

酒店餐廳景色不錯，機場大巴很方便。坐渡輪很方便，周圍的餐廳還不錯，價格合理。

Расположение: хорошее, минут 10 от всей транспортной развязки, минут 7 пешком до автобусов, отъезжающих в аэропорт Чистота и удобства: в номере ви-фи работает не стабильно, но в лобби - скорость хорошая. Как сказали на ресепшене, ви-фи работал не стабильно из-за соседства номера с лифтом ). Тут же предложили поменять мне номер, но так как оставалась всего одна ночь, решила не переезжать Душевая - очень маленькая, надо приноровиться , чтоб открыть её дверцы и выйти из душевой ). Но это тоже не критично для коротких поездок. В остальном - чисто, напор и температура воды хорошие, тихо, матрас и подушки удобные

這是我在費特希耶住過最最舒服的酒店🤩周圍是小別墅區，很漂亮，每户人家的房子周圍和牆壁上都開滿了花🌺 很安靜很隱蔽。酒店乾淨整潔！我在這裏靜心完成了最後一點寫作任務🥳🥳！ 這裏的工作人員超級友好親切，都是笑臉盈盈，服務態度直接滿分。本來是訂了一個標準的池畔房，但是老闆直接幫我升了房🥹！告訴我讓我任選房間，因為目前不是旅遊旺季還沒有很多人住進來。我真的想特別感謝，在這家酒店住的一晚上本就是計劃以外的一天，我需要訂車去機場。老闆真誠的建議我不要去訂出租車，可以坐大巴直達，很方便價格也沒有很高。並且還是在當天開車把我送到了大巴站，害怕我語言不通一直關注大巴車的動向，沒等到大巴車（遲到），等來了又開車來找我的老闆，要不是因為人好到爆的酒店老闆，我真的會上錯車😆🥲。講實話在土耳其遇見這樣善良真摯的人幾乎沒有，從這家酒店離開之後我愛上了土耳其人民👍🏻 從來不喜歡寫評語，但是希望大家都能在土耳其有過像我一樣有完美的住宿體驗和被善待的經歷😬😬

Mid hotel. Does the job and has great breakfast. A bit further away from the heart of city but still walkable. Rooms were big and pleasant view

The room we booked was a family room with 2 beds and sleeps 3. The front desk did give us the exact room we booked when we checked in. However, the next day the lady asked for more money. She said that we only booked for a room that sleeps 1. They did not tell us when we checked in, and we felt maybe there is something wrong with the Orbitz booking system so we contacted the Orbitz customer service. The customer service took very long, the lady yelled us very rude that we had been sitting in the lobby for an hour and we either had to pay the extra money or leave the hotel. Wt*?! We booked the non-refundable 2 days stay. There was still one day left. We also did not say we were not gonna pay. We just wanted to figure out what happened because we clearly did book family room. This was the worst experience we had in our entire life at a hotel. We were 2 foreigner girls and don't speak turkish. We felt she was taking advantage of this and threatening us. We did end up paying the extra because orbitz refused to refund the one day stay if we decided to leave the hotel. Oh btw, we were asked to pay much more than the difference of the two rooms if booking online. We stayed in a few other hotels in Istanbul and their service was profesional and breakfast was much better. There were still hair in the bathroom and strong cigarette smell from bedding that embedded to my hair. Stay away from this hotel!
