Would be nice to have door on shower. Whole restroom floor was wet make it so inconvenience.

My wife and I are shocked with the Uncleanness of the room, and the service is horrible, Moreover the breakfast was very poor and Nothing to mention

Periksa ulasan di platform apa pun yang Anda suka. Mereka penipu, mereka pembohong. Mereka mencoba menipu saya dan hampir semua karyawan tidak sopan. Salam hormat juga untuk Pak Metin yang mengatakan "pergilah kemana pun Anda suka" setelah saya menyatakan bahwa saya akan mengejar hak hukum saya.

Ibuku sakit parah dari hotel ini, kamu bisa mencium bau jamur begitu kamu masuk ke kamar (di website/brosur dikatakan kamarnya besar) ketika kamu tiba, kamarnya sangat kecil. Sirkulasi udaranya buruk, sehingga jamur ada dimana-mana. Ibuku menderita asma, jadi setelah suatu malam kami memberi tahu manajer bahwa dia tidak bisa tidur karena batuk-batuk. Dia kemudian mengirim kami ke kamar "nya", sebuah suite.. jamur masih menempel di dinding toilet bata, ibuku tidak bisa mengatasinya jadi kami mengatakan kepadanya bahwa kami ingin membatalkan masa menginap kami. Dia mengerti ketika dia meminta ibu saya untuk menunjukkan obat-obatannya (seolah-olah dia tidak percaya ibu saya menderita jamur). Ketika dia melihat puffer dan obat-obatan yang diminumnya, dia mengatakan kepadanya bahwa dia menyesal dan kami akan mendapatkan pengembalian uang. Dia berjanji uangnya akan ada di bank keesokan harinya. Ketika keesokan harinya tiba, uang masih belum terkirim. Kami pergi ke hotel dan melihat beberapa orang yang kami lihat sebelumnya, mencoba mendapatkan pengembalian dana juga karena mereka merasa ditipu. Kamarnya lebih kecil dari yang disebutkan, ada kotoran dan tahi lalat di mana-mana. Manajer mengatakan kepada semua orang bahwa itu akan diperbaiki tetapi itu hanya penipuannya. Dia tahu orang-orang pada akhirnya akan kembali ke tanah airnya, jadi dia hanya menipu mereka untuk menunggu. Saya mengiriminya banyak pesan dan panggilan. Saya muak dengan perlakuan tersebut dan terutama tertipu ketika kesehatan seseorang dipertaruhkan. Ibu saya akhirnya harus ke dokter dan mendapat antibiotik selama seminggu penuh, karena dua malam menyebabkan jamur menetap di paru-parunya. Saya berharap saya telah mengambil lebih banyak foto tetapi gambar ini Anda dapat melihat cetakannya secara harfiah di sebelah tempat Anda duduk di toilet.

Great location but hotel is not worth what you pay. Room wasn’t clean and aircon unit full of dust. Had to move rooms as the forest room we could not sleep in. Breakfast wasn’t nice and not great options. Charges extra for orange juice. You can pay extra £20 for a better hotel and it will be worth every penny.

The only problem i had was the size of the room and the elevator we where 3 and the room was not that large but it was fine they charge the soap and shampoo every day and the hallways smells really good and the room was clean and the breakfast was really good too

First of all, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in after traveling to so many different countries. I have stayed in Istanbul many times but this place is a scam! First I reserved a superior room and for 2 people bed. Upon arrival, they only gave me a 1-bed closet size room so small you can even use the bathroom. I will post the picture to show how you facing the wall. I spoke to a numbers of people and gave me the run around they going to change my room and never did the manager Mr Yilmaz did nothing just said Tomorrow and it was never changed. My brother had to make another hotel reservation to stay. Meanwhile, I had to stay and got the runaround. All I wanted what I paid for was a superior room with 2 beds. The advertisement is a scam. Ruining my stay and making us pay to book another hotel for my brother! Please stay away from this Pera Center it is just a scam.

Will never stay at this hotel again, even if they offer it for free. This hotel has the rudest staff (the morning shift receptionist). Our room couldn't be dirtier. There were hairs and dust all over the bathroom. There were hairs on pillows from the previous guests. They didn't even bother to clean the rooms before our check-in. Rooms also are super small.

Do not waste your money. Indifferent staff and reception. Repetitive breakfast.The rooms are very very small and noisy. Full of mosquitoes and we could not sleep until morning. Tea and Nescafe were not charged, trash cans were not emptied and ...

Let’s start with the reception, employees are very rude, unprofessional, and careless. They barely speak English and are not helpful at all. The rooms are very small, the shower leaks in to the room and the smell of the toilet is horrible. Breakfast is very poor, no variety.

Awfully all thing were bad. Room is too small with a narrow corridors that we can not move our storrel easily. The reception is rude . Breakfast doesn't have variety and it cost extra money for fried egg and .. don't waste your time and money. It is only one star and no star more!!!!!!!
