Everything was perfect.. Only thing I found little bit uncomfortable is the bed mattress

It is very close to a train station, just 15 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very good.

Nice and the people have good service and clean, congratulations 👏

Everything was nice, everyone was smiling and friendly, I'm thinking of coming here again next time.

Don't even think to book in this miserable hotel! The manager of this property has no professional attitude. He is treating the hotel staff in a very bad way in front of the customers. No internet, they will give you a password for wifi which is located in the manager office so it won't work. No air conditioning AC or any kind of air conditioning machines. No shampoo at the toilet and no towels and you need to ask them to get that. No free drinking water in the fridge and you need to pay to get some water. The toilet need to be fixed as after you take a shower you will find a lake in the restroom. The room is very old and they have very small TV screen with no service / signal. The only thing that I will appreciate in this weird hotel is the lady on the reception, she was trying her heart to make this accomodation easier for us, and she has good English language. The hotel location is perfect, too close to the metro station. My advice to you, just skip this hotel. Sleep at the streets as a homeless but don't book at this hotel.
