The first time I came this hotel,staff was very kind and cleaning is perfect I say thank you to Mrs Nurten who is house keeping chef she was cleaning the room everyday and hotel location is the center of Istanbul i will come back soon everybody must see this hotel

Location was alright. Hotel was located around textile/clothing shops. So that was the view from our room (maybe we were unlucky) There were plenty of restaurants near the hotel. It was walking distance to the Yenikapi metro and Aksaray tram. I noticed that the Hotel lobby is dim..and the lifts are small, it could only fit 1-2 person at a time. We had to take turns using the lifts or we ended up using the stairs. We booked Triple Room. Room design was simple. Room was clean but it was SMALL. Had to push 2 single beds together to make more space for our luggage. A kettle was provided but no bottled water was provided. The bathroom door was a heavy wooden door with a sliding mechanism, so it's different. There's a spray bidet for my fellow bidet users. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast area had a nice view compared to our room. Hotel staffs were polite. Receptionist spoke English fairly. One of the staffs allowed us to use the toilet near the dining area even though we already checked out.

Apart from the location, the hotel was fqr from being clean. Water flowed in the bathroom. The towels were of bad quality. The room service didn't change them. The floor was dirty. Breakfast was the same. No change, no big choice. My family and I were so disappointed.

Excellent location “close to metro and tram” Everyday breakfast mulitple choices Good reception people most of them speak english Just that rooms are small so do not expect luxury rooms. I took rooms facing tge street and back rooms. Facing the street is noisy so take back rooms Price is good.

When I checked in one of the guys at reception was reluctant to pay me back some money I was due to receive - it was only when another member of staff intervened that the issue was resolved. Disappointing

We were on a small group tour and spent one night at the Delta Hotel. We had arrived early left our luggage in storage and went for a walk to the Spice Market nearby. We returned before our room was ready and couldn’t use the foyer toilets as they were blocked off. We were given a room which was very small, had no teabags or coffee. Our friend had another room and when she had a shower the drain was blocked and it flooded the entire bathroom. Staff were called and they dried the water but did not fix the problem so of course it flooded again. Staff called again and they came and poured an entire bottle of acid down the drain. This started a coughing fit of my friend and when I saw her, her eyes were red and she was not good. The staff really didn’t care and only after much insistence did they move them to another room. Breakfast was nice and the location was on the top floor which had a nice view over the harbour. We were supposed to stay at the Delta Hotel for 2 more night when we returned to Istanbul but after this our tour organiser changed our hotel.
