Ulasan Bon Hotel Hagia Sophia

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan higienis. Ada banyak atraksi di sekitar. Anda dapat melihat katedral di seberang pintu dan berjalan beberapa ratus meter di sebelah Istana Air. Ada juga banyak restoran di sekitar. Pelayan di lobi di lantai bawah sangat bagus. Kami memberinya tip dan membantu membawa barang bawaan kami ke atas. Faktanya, dia tidak memaksa kami melakukannya. Kami memberi tip tetapi untuk kesopanan. Kemurahan hati masyarakat Tiongkok. Saya tetap memberikannya kepadanya, untungnya saya akan memesan hotel ini lagi di masa mendatang.

Pelayanan bagus, sarapan enak, lokasi bagus. AC buruk, remote control tidak berfungsi dan sering mati dan Anda tidak bisa istirahat dengan baik di cuaca panas. Air panas di kamar mandi sulit diatur dan karena tidak ada pintu, hampir separuh lantai basah. Handuk tidak diganti setiap hari. Yang terbaik adalah orang-orang yang hadir 24 jam sehari.

Lokasi sangat bagus, stafnya baik hati, ramah dan membantu, namun hotelnya sangat kurang memadai dibandingkan lokasi dan harga. Sarapannya kurang, jika pengelola ingin mendapat penghasilan lebih, sebaiknya berinvestasi di hotel secepatnya dan memperbaiki kondisinya.

Отель не понравился. 1. Грязный. 2. Идёт шум с улицы. 3. Вся комната старая. 4. Матрас мягкий, неудобно спать. 5. Везде длинные волосы, плохо убираются. 6. Пыль на шторах. Вердикт: я бы не советовал этот отель.

Hotel is great with good stuff and welcoming people. Staff are very attentive and warm. We had two rooms booked, their two suits. Two people one, me and my partner in Sophia suite. For the big room (the other two people) room was large, good light, two doors for the balcony, good shower head, good size. Sophia room: - well sized bed - good pillows - good duvet, but the duvet cover smaller than it - good lighting overall Bathroom: _well sized and the floor tiles very good, non-slippy _smelly a.f. (the other room was smelling and other double room was smelling too - we talked to other tourists) _showerhead broken - no proper handle on the "fancy" looking piece _showehead was leaking from sides left and right _shower tap was leaking too _tap at the sink just fine _cleaning of the bathroom was made daily BUT it wa just arranging stuff: _towels weren't changed, only folded. When towel was wet from showering housekeeping folded it so we found it stinking _some days you get soap, others you don't (no rule) _socket for hairdryer right next to sink with no safety _no soap dish at the sink (we asked for an ashtray for the balcony and ended up using it as a soap dish) _no place for the soap in the shower _no toilet paper holder (they put it on the bathroom bin! Not very clean) _no toilet scrubber Room: _socket only on one side of the bed _light switch only on one side of the bed and near the entry door So you can't both charge your phones overnight unless you have a really long cable to get from the wall. You can't both operate lights in the room. _TV remote not working _only Turkish TV (we know from other room) _no smart TV (so no Netflix or anything at night) _no trashcan in the room _no clothes hanger at the room entrance Breakfast; _buffet _very few options, mainly omelette because nothing else is filling enough. _they stash food every so often but you're better off asking if you want something and not wait for them to realise the containers are empty. Overall I'd stay again, but I'd ask for quite a few things to be done in advance. The price/quality is good though, we had it with discount via booking

The hotel was very good in terms of location, really friendly and helpful staff members and getting to the main attractions. It is a budget friendly hotel but would recommend update is needed in the rooms and the breakfast is fairly simple and the same everyday. Overall experience was good!

I spend two nights at the hotel it was nice and clean hotel. The hotel is closely to haga Sophia and it’s also near the tramway and many restaurants/ shops breakfast was good and nice people. Thank you very much for your great service.

My husband and I came to Istanbul for vacation and had a wonderful trip, except sleep was hard to get. The Bon Design Hotel will get you close to sights but if rest is on the agenda look elsewhere. The rooms are affordable and fairly clean. They could use some updates. The bedding is too small and will not cover two normal sized human adults. My husband and I are very fit people, and large at all. In addition it was super loud late into the night, with of construction noise. Jack hammering, cranes, drilling and demolition work. One night at 11:30 pm, I asked the front desk if it was going to stop and was pretty much ignored. My husband had to go down to speak with them. Last night the staff were running up and down the stairs. This caused the motion light to come on and off. The door doesn't sit in the jam correctly so the beam comes straight into your face! As they ran up and down the stairs they would slam doors, and I guess move furniture? Around midnight I asked if they were ever going to stop? I was just laughed at. So not the best choice for us. I guess they forgot who pays the bill because they don't seem to care if the customers enjoy their stay. We won't return

Booked the economy room for few hours before our red eye flight. Our current hotel was sold out and Bon Design is the nearest and cheapest. Staff was nice enough to informed that the room is at basement since its the cheapest room. The basement has a moist damp stinky smell, the room is decent with a small window. Toilet has the same damp smell and I'm glad we only used it for few hours. Good location and staff service but this place needs a renovation. I didn't even want to take photos of it.
