Ulasan Carina Gold Hotel

Hotel yang sangat bagus yang baru berumur beberapa bulan. Fasilitasnya bagus kecuali tempat tidurnya sedikit lebih kecil, yaitu tidak untuk tamu yang bertubuh tinggi dan lebar. Penyebaran sarapan sangat baik dan layanan sangat baik.

Reception very good service, quick check in and out. Very good breakfast with lots of variety choices. Hotel location is near to most of the sight seeing places, walking distance within 10 to 15 mins. If we go to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again.

Located at the center of most attractions. Staff are very kind and friendly. Valet parking is easy and hassle-free. New hotel unlike most of the older hotels around.

Some room is small in size but pretty decent size. Service is great. Good location near spice bazaar n Sultanahmet area.

Special thanks to front desk staff SALIH and ONUR, they were really kind and helpful.

Kamarnya nyaman dan ber***a. Resepsionis sangat baik. Mereka berhasil memuaskan semua keinginan kami. Dilarang menyajikan atau menjual alkohol di bar hotel, tetapi mereka memberi kami sampanye sesuai keinginan. Sarapannya tradisional banget, persediaannya banyak banget.

We had a delightful stay at the Carina Gold Hotel in Istanbul, and our experience was largely positive. Traveling with a 3-year-old can be challenging, but the friendly and welcoming staff made everything smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the tram and many of Istanbul's iconic landmarks within walking distance. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, we did feel that the housekeeping services could be improved, with more attention to detail and consistency. Another area that could use improvement is the breakfast service. The breakfast team seemed a bit rushed, often stopping to refill items well before the end of the designated time. Additionally, they switched off the dining area lights just ten minutes after breakfast officially ended, which created a somewhat hurried atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend the Carina Gold Hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and overall good experience.

The hotel staff were fantastic. They recommended a restaurant for us to dine in on our first night and they booked it for us. It was excellent food and views. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is superb and fresh. A front house porter Ethem was very helpful. I couldn’t fault this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will go back again.

The hotel is located very central in the Sultanahmet district. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and approx. 10 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. And there are a lot of restaurants in small alleys not far from the hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the hotel service was exceptional. We had a very warm welcome by the staff. They offered us tea while we was waiting for our turn to check in. The receptionists are always smiling and very kind. They were very good at providing good information and advices for us. Especially, our receptionists Halil and Ethem were so kind and they really cared for us. They also ensured that we got lunch boxes prepared from the hotel on the day we checked out, cause we were leaving in the middle of night, and we were not able to eat at the breakfast buffet. Can highly recommend this hotel!!

This is the worst customer service we have ever received from a hotel. If you book this hotel, you are on your own. Anything happens with your booking, you will not get any help from the hotel. The only thing they will do is to point fingers at others and lie to your face
