Hotel Caracol Isla Mujeres

The husband and I booked a studio room for our 2 week stay on Isla Mujeres. Being a regular on the island i had a good idea of whats available and what to expect. This hotel is the perfect little oasis in the center. The hotel is close to all attractions within walking distance but still quiet and safe with a gorgeous tropical garden. We had the top floor studio that was spacious, clean with lots of sunshine coming from all sides. Oscar and Cassandra were very welcoming and spoke good english. We choose this hotel in part because they had a pool on the premises but its run down and not so appealing. But at the end it didnt bother us much. Overall we would definately stay at Isla Caracol again on our next trip

The hotel is well located to bars, beach and restaurants. I also felt quite safe and the room was clean. Having the mini-frig was convenient but the hotel offers no coffee. They only provided two bath towels per room. No hand towels, washcloths were available. The few hangers and lack of hooks was also something they could easily remedy. I would also suggest having more than one mirror in the room as the only mirror was a small one over the sink. Little things could vastly improve this establishment which could take it from too basic to comfy for a minimal price.

Personale disponibile, teli per il mare/piscina free, ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da playa norte, vicino alla stazione dei ferry e in una zona piena di locali e ristoranti. Pulizia così così, camera datata poco accogliente, puzza di umidità in camera, mancanza di comodini, condizionatore sul letto che gocciola.

Como bien dice el título resumiendolo todo.Bien situado, higiénico y buen trato y en especial la recepcionista. Casandra que es muy profesional en su trabajo.Lo recomiendo 100%.Si voveria a este lugar muy necesario para un lugar de playa donde vas a recrearte.
