Everything about this place is just perfect!The location, the ambiance, the hospitality (particularly from Encik Zul), the breakfast, and the price are all excellent. We are grateful that we stumbled upon this humble yet wonderful stay. Definitely staying here again.

Good choice if you like your stay right in the middle of the city. Cheap/average. Close to many things. This house looks and feels normal, typical house. Everything is provided by host. Good choice for more than 3 guests.

The buidling is very spacious and aesthetic. Rooms is very spacious. Ample parking spots. Easy checking in process.

Location was good. Near town and quiet at night. We liked the safe parking in the vicinity itself with auto gate. The house was rustic and charming in its own way. And we liked the staircase n floorboards in the room.

The bathroom was not clean, there was hair and black residue on the bed that was not mine. There were a lot of ants crawling around, and there were many bugs and mosquitoes on the walls. It looked like a home, but in the next room, there were Indians who opened the door, talked loudly, and smoked cigarettes, which made me feel threatened. We ended up leaving after an hour and wasted our money. The hotel owner was a nice person, but this experience ruined my first impression of Ipoh.

The hygiene of the B&B is OK, but it is quite shabby. The bedsheets are not good quality, and there is only a thin piece of used soap on the sink, which is placed on the plastic bottle cap... The rest is toilet paper and a bottle of shower gel (the shower gel is useful and brings back some comfort). Anyway, the price is cheap, so just accept it.
