Room was cold, Shower didn't work, not child friendly and furniture was more professional that for a family with a toddler but food was good and staff friendly.

Good food and nice enough hotel but had booked a ‘deluxe family room’ don’t think it was a family room, pretty small standard room with an extra camp bed in it. Had stayed previously in a much bigger family room.
Busy with a wedding so expect they’d used up all the bigger rooms.
Probably won’t stay again.

Had to change room as booked a twin but initially given a double.
Twin much nicer room than the double which was up in the eaves and quite dismal.
Breakfast poor and massively over priced. Given cold toast and had finished breakfast before request brown sauce was delivered.

A pleasant stay. Room clean, well presented and comfortable. Ample free parking and an easy drive into Inverness. Excellent a la carte breakfast with lovely staff in the mornings. Downside was the highly unreliable Wi-Fi during our 3 night stay which made joining necessary work Zoom meetings problematic and frustrating.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past year or so. I felt that on this occasion, the food was not up to usual high standards. I also noticed that the menu is very expensive. Breakfast was fine but again not up to the same standard that I had previously experienced.

Staff were lovely and the hotel is really nice. Main problem is the food portions. I ordered Pork with and it came with potato the portion of potato was the size of a 50p piece. Thankfully my wife had ordered extra chips so I had some of that with it. When it came to desert I asked for an extra scoop of Ice cream and unfortunately was not given it. At breakfast my wife had porridge and to be honest it was not porridge at all but some sort of slime with oatmeal. I asked for a latte coffee and was told that would be extra money for that. Shower was cold and came through were slow. In conclusion Staff were delightful hotel is lovely in brilliant location. Sort out the food and it would be 5 star. We spent £152.83 for one night bed and breakfast and about £72 for a 2 course meal without drinks and to be honest came away feeling ripped off.
