There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities.
