Wet Bar with seating for four, BBQ grill, board games, the works. 1st level deck gives you access to our breathtaking private area of the Lake, which you will have access to our 2 kayaks for a wonderful experience.Parking for five cars Maximum.Note: As the house is on the lake, you will be required to climb down the stairs to get to the house. There are mix of stairs and slope leading to the fire pit. It comes with the terrain, I guess.Indoor fireplace is not available to use with the stay. Throughout the house, there's lots of natural sunlight with over 40 Windows and Skylights throughout. We used the most premium flooring with wide planks, we placed new moldings and casings throughout, cathedral ceilings, 3 Balconies including 1 in the Master Bedroom and a nice flow and open feel throughout. Do you like Privacy? Sterling House is located on a cul-de-sac (dead end street), which gives you the privacy you want. We even have a landline phone installed.Since we also use this house for our vacationing we chose the best finishes and materials throughout.
