Built on a hillside, the front door enters the upper level which contains the living room, kitchen, master bedroom with an en-suite bath, laundry room and a half bath. The downstairs has three bedrooms, a full bath and a family room with French doors that lead out onto the South patio. It is fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. The 600 sf upper level deck offers great views. The three paver patios surrounding the house offer over 1400 sf of outdoor living space. You can always find a shady spot to relax and enjoy the passing wild life which may include rabbits, deer, coyotes, horses, and a variety of birds. Our home is next to Federal BLM land. You can bring side by sides and atvs and ride to Virginia City. Centrally located.
