"الفندق جيد لايوجد اصنصير والمشكله الكبيره اننا لم نجد بوفيه للإفطار كما هو موضح بالصور واعتمدنا عليهم وتفاجأنا بأنه لا يوجد سوى الاجبان بأنواعها والزيتون والبيض المسلوق ولا يوجد بوفيه حقيقي طبخ وما شابه ، فقط أطعمه مبرده جاهزه ... لماذا لا أعرف اين الشيف او فريق العمل بالمطبخ !"

"Saya tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini. Selain bau selokan yang tidak sedap di kamar mandi hotel, ada pekerjaan listrik yang sedang berlangsung dan Wi-Fi tidak tersedia sepanjang hari. Lampu baru menyala kembali larut malam. Salah satu handuk yang disediakan memiliki noda oranye yang membandel, yang sangat tidak menyenangkan begitu saya membukanya. Saya benar-benar tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini. Saya terkena flu karena cuaca yang tiba-tiba dingin, dan mungkin saya hanya akan mengingatnya karena masjidnya, danau yang indah, dan toko-toko yang harganya sangat mahal."

"I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable."
