"Saya terbang dari Bandara Hamad Abu Dhabi ke Doha. Pihak bandara setempat menyatakan bahwa Doha mewajibkan reservasi hotel untuk masuk. Saya buru-buru memesan hotel ini, yang harganya murah, hanya lebih dari 1.200 yuan. Setelah melewati bea cukai dan sempat mencari lokasinya, saya menyadari bahwa hotel ini hanya berjarak 28 kilometer dari Bandara Doha, tempat saya akan berangkat keesokan harinya. Karena tidak ingin terburu-buru mengejar penerbangan pagi-pagi sekali, saya mencoba membatalkan reservasi dan mencari hotel yang lebih nyaman. Pihak hotel menjawab, ”Pengembalian uang tidak memungkinkan, meskipun saya sudah melihat pembatalan dengan jelas saat memeriksa pemesanan.” Frustrasi dengan ulasan negatif tersebut, saya menghubungi layanan pelanggan Ctrip. Saya menelepon untuk menanyakan situasinya dan mereka bilang akan menghubungi saya, tetapi tidak ada tanggapan. Mereka bahkan meninggalkan pesan yang meminta saya membayar ongkos taksi sebesar 100 yuan. Siapa pun yang memesan hotel ini harus ingat untuk membaca alamatnya dengan saksama. Hotel ini terpencil, terisolasi, dan berbentuk persegi di jalan tanah. Bahkan tidak ada toko; tempatnya cukup terpencil. Alhasil, saya check in sekitar pukul 16.00 dan tidak pernah keluar lagi. Apa saya keluar untuk melihat hantu? Haha."

"Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water.... Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe? Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel. It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too."
