Hotel dengan Wifi di Zhangye

Hotel is very close and walking distance to the West entrance, which is less crowded and quiet than the East. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Helped us with finding out the local bus schedule to Bingou and Kangle grassland and back to Zhangye and made sure we boarded the correct bus safely. There are plenty of local food options along the main road as well. Highly recommended to stay here for a Zhangye trip. Will definitely stay here when I return!

Ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik di daerah ini. Ini adalah hotel terbaik sejauh ini yang pernah saya tinggali di Jalan Lingkar Besar Qinghai-Gansu. Lokasi geografis: Jaraknya sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki ke tempat wisata dan 5 menit jalan kaki ke jalan jajanan, yang sangat strategis. Anda dapat melihat beberapa tempat indah melalui jendela Perasaan secara keseluruhan: Sebuah hotel yang layak, terasa seperti perusahaan milik negara atau perusahaan pusat. Dekorasinya mencerminkan karakteristik tempat wisata tersebut, tetapi lebih bersifat bisnis dan elegan, sedikit seperti ***a yang disukai oleh seorang pemimpin perusahaan milik negara berusia 40 tahun (dalam arti positif, keluarga saya sangat menyukainya) Detail kinerja: 1. Harga bintang tiga, layanan bintang lima: Waktu check-in sekitar pukul 10 hingga 11 malam, dan hampir pukul 12 setelah mandi. Ketika saya ingin mencuci pakaian, saya menelepon resepsionis dan seseorang datang membantu mengambilnya dalam 5 menit, dan pakaian tersebut dicuci dan digantung di luar pintu dalam 30 menit. 2. Pelayanan yang penuh perhatian dan manusiawi: Pacar saya menelepon meja resepsionis pada pukul 12, dan mereka mengirim seorang pelayan wanita, yang membuat saya merasa aman. Singkatnya, meskipun tidak memiliki enam bintang, keluarga kami masih sangat puas.

As always I'll rate the hotel I stayed at relative to the cost incurred. So is it value for money? Location : The location could not be bettered. It is the closest hotel to the Mati Grottoes. Maybe a 500m walk away. Service : Very good, very friendly ! Welcoming and efficient on arrival. Took food orders for delivery at lunch and dinner (which helped a lot as in Winter all the restaurants in the village were closed)! And also helped me buy snacks in the afternoon (as the usual stores in the village were closed during Winter). Bedroom : Basic however with 2 beds (comfortable and clean) and a I really liked the sunny alcove with two seats and a table, to sit and drink tea/coffee (bring your own!). Bathroom : small but most importantly hot water and plenty of it ! The toilet is Western style not a squat (phew - good for my old knees!) Breakfast : was provided but as I don't often eat breakfast I can't comment further. You shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel, it's a basic Chinese hotel so don't get expectations up, however it is great value for money, clean and has everything you'd need for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again !

Hotel ini adalah nilai yang bagus untuk harganya - kamar bersih yang besar, tempat tidur yang bagus, dan stafnya sangat ramah. Sarapannya agak aneh - area ini disiapkan untuk prasmanan lengkap tetapi (saya pikir karena kami di sini di luar musim puncak) kami diberi nampan individu berisi makanan sarapan dasar. Tapi staf memberi kami apa yang kami minta jadi kami senang. Hotel ini jauh dari pusat kota tetapi sangat cepat, murah dan mudah untuk mencapai didi ke restoran dan kedai kopi. Anda memerlukan dua hari penuh untuk melihat semua pemandangan Zhangye jadi menginaplah di hotel ini 3 malam :)

Unfortunately my experience wasn't good. Hot water didn't work, it was only warm. I did it in the afternoon anyway but ny boyfriend waited untill 11pm. Elettronic key of our room never worked. We always had to call someone to open our room. About water problem they said there was an issue in all the hotel and they can fix it the next morning. We could not find a standard queen bed room, they have queen room just very expensive and for cheaper price they have only twin rooms. We paied a full amount for the night we staied but we didn't have full 100% service we should receive from the booking. They suggest us a refund to change hotel but it was so late and we are travelling with bicycles, after a ride of 150km we were too tired to move in another location during the dark at 10pm. We just needed a hot shower and a bed to sleep. Finally we received a 100 cny caution back, and the next morning ladies at reception gave us 6 small bottle of water to apologize. I'm really upset about nobody advise us about water issue during check in, so there was still time to move in another accomodation, especially for elettronic key, I can't understand why it's never worked. Be carefull for next booking about rooms at 5th level. I don't know if it's a problem only for foreign people or for everyone. Room price list are very expensive so, I think they have not a bad service. Unfortunately it's the first time during my 32 years happened this, especially during my 27 days in China, all the issue where always well reserved. This time my experience was really stressful, I don't feel like to recommended it and I hope never happen again to other travelers. Thank you anyway.
