"本人文旅部門工作人員，95後，來烏蘭察布和愛人度過10年紀念日。一千七百多一晚，從北京坐高鐵來，住了兩晚。得天獨厚的風景給民宿本身帶了極大的濾鏡和光環。民宿和酒店本質的區別在於温度，氛圍。在雲南300的民宿有手寫明信片和伴手禮，遺憾跋山涉水來到烏蘭察布的天花板民宿沒伴手禮，除了裝修漂亮，（牆皮脱落請儘快修復，如果下水道堵了儘快給人升級房間，別讓人等。）工作人員的熱情團結給我感覺非常棒！其他方面，民宿本身機制讓人覺得差點温度。建議老闆看到多讓年輕人決策。服務值得一提，每天玩累回來很晚了，管家小曹積極拿行李送到房間，主動問到我們的行程，需要什麼額外的幫助，點壁爐，問好，責任心極強。咖啡廳管家老曹早上和我約好拍早景，早早起床給我開門，人非常非常好！管家小何有求必應，給人回家的感覺，負責積極，輕鬆愉悦。廚房阿姨和叔叔知道我是雲南的，給我加了很多佐料，每天飯菜都吃光光！像對孫女那樣，又好吃又温暖。這幾位小年輕挺珍貴，不是人機是發自內心對工作的熱愛。飯菜不能單點太雞肋，很多菜吃不慣，建議整個可以單點的菜單可以供客人選擇。此次到訪體驗感最差的是，我來之前找領隊和包車，問了民宿微信官號，不知哪一位給我首推的領隊是個行業小白實在太想賺錢，年紀也小，開口就是宰客價，告訴我這個民宿的客人沒人給過他差評，就這樣愛咋咋的意思。後來瞭解到沒資質，經驗也是個位數。我想，這麼好的環境民宿有各個品牌機構，單位的加持，竟隨意推薦，對推薦的人和機構都不審核嗎，很影響聲譽和體驗感。後來不知哪一位也是用官號給我推薦的領隊包車又特別好，服務，硬件和價格真是天差地別。總之，我還會來，這麼好的地理優勢，我希望它更好，我喜歡以上提到的工作人員，沒有這樣的人，民宿裝再好看也沒用。風景真好，我捨不得睡。老闆請認真看看，我愛物生其他，請重新制定計劃，謝謝。"
