客觀評價：一、設施方面。空間正常大小，政務招待風；地毯確實臟，其他衞生還行；拖鞋質量挺好；座機沒連電，沒法聯繫前台，衹能通過攜程；空調衹製冷，沒法制熱，還沒供暖，幸好保潔阿姨（大眼睛那個，人美心善）送了暖風機，不然凍死；衞生間洗手枱漏水，地漏返臭，排氣扇開了反而把隔壁房間的煙味吸過來，洗澡水不太熱，幸好水量大，不然凍死。 二、服務方面。工作人員魚龍混雜。保潔阿姨都很熱心，點贊。幫我辦入住的前台態度正常。晚上值班前台態度很差，打電話説空調不制熱，她回總機沒開，等下派人去開，過了半小時，又打過去，很不耐煩説主機壞了，在找人修，反正一整晚都沒修好，我都懷疑她壓根沒去找人開主機，給老闆省錢呢，不知道其他顧客是抗凍還是沒座機聯繫前台，要是集體反映，肯定能解決問題。催我退房的一個前台，態度又很好：您慢慢來…… 走的時候保潔阿姨説15號供暖，有地暖就不冷了，但願吧
