"Comfortable and spacious room with balcony overlooking beautiful lake. Breakfast with good variety. Most memorable are the staff of the hotel. Deepest gratitude to staff at the breakfast restaurant Ms 方燕 and Mr方玉龙. They were both amazing and kind, offering assistance voluntarily when they saw that I had a sprain and also problems arranging for upcoming airport transfer. In addition, the housekeeping team Ms 姜莉莉、Ms江小君 and Ms张续红 kept the room meticulously clean and comfortable. It’s a pleasure to return to the room after a day out sightseeing. Staff like these are most valuable asset to the hotel! Highly recommended to stay at 绿城蓝湾酒店。"

"We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!"

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

房間都在獨立別墅裏，整個環境安逸舒適。房間給免費升級的，很大，有獨立陽台。冷氣和熱水都很好。 前台衹要有一個人，旅客多時需要等。早餐比較豐盛，可以去露台或草地上吃，非常貼近自然。入住後可在湖邊欣賞夕陽，酒店湖邊是一個自由營地，草坪很大很開闊，漫步時有英式莊園感覺。附近有熱氣球基地，啤酒小鎮也不遠。

Saya sangat menyarankan kepada Anda untuk mendapatkan kamar sudut bundar (kamar kami adalah 2607) dengan pemandangan kota, dalam hal ini Anda akan memiliki pemandangan panorama yang sangat indah di lembah pegunungan ke sisi Matahari Terbenam + kota dengan lampu kota malam + a bagian dari danau (lihat foto). Layanannya luar biasa. Mereka membawakan kami buah-buahan sebagai hadiah Tahun Baru Imlek. Kami terlambat naik kereta kembali ke Hangzhou dan cuaca di luar buruk, mereka setuju untuk membiarkan kami tinggal sampai jam 20:00 dengan setengah harga. TVnya punya banyak film dalam bahasa Inggris, jadi bagus juga. Sarapannya khas Cina, tapi saya juga menemukan sesuatu untuk diri saya sendiri dan itu sudah cukup. Kulkas mini dikeluarkan dari kamar karena alasan yang aneh, setahu saya, karena ada tempat untuk itu, tapi itu bukan masalah besar. Kami bersenang-senang menginap di sini dan pasti akan segera datang ke sini lagi!
