Chun'an Hotels with Airport Shuttle

I traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined. First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above. On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard. Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

It is a merely 3 years old hotel but everything looks pretty worn. The swimming pool is nice but not as nice as on photos. The kids indoor playground is nice for kids under 5. But for the rest, it is not really worth the 5 star. The room design is rather weird. We booked a superior family room with 1 queen bed and 1 single. The size is okay with a balcony. But there is only 1 chair on the balcony. The toilet is facing the bed directly and the shower as well. There is no any privacy for the guests sharing the room. Even with your own child, you deserve some privacy I suppose. The wash table is right next to the bed which is also weird. The overall design is not well thought to my opinion. The breakfast hall is huge but the quality of the food is disappointing (not the worst but definitely not best for a 5 star). The lady standing in front of the breakfast hall for welcoming the guests is always grumpy. The price is too high for what you get in general. But anyway, the island is way too pricy for what it can offer. Will not return any time soon. And the toilet in our room stinks a little.

The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

This hotel was amazing and beautiful. It was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was very full of many dishes and the scenery was amazing.

I decided to come to Qiandao Lake temporarily during the self-driving trip. I didn't do any homework for the first time. I blindly chose this hotel in the car because I saw a balcony room with lake view. The premium was low on weekends and the evaluation was good. The front desk was very enthusiastic, helped upgrade the high-rise room, and sent the wifi, parking scan code and other messages to the mobile phone, simple and convenient. Immediately decided to renew for one night. Push the door to love this room, the floor-to-ceiling glass lake view is a glance into the painting. American style decoration is spacious and comfortable. There is actually a large desk, which is perfect for people like me who need to work while playing. Feeling extremely comfortable.

The homestay is very good, relatively new and clean, the proprietress is generous and beautiful, it can be seen that it is managed with care. At first I thought that the family room was relatively small, but then I opened my mind and suddenly realized that the homestay is enjoying the public space. It is good to sing and read books with the children. I also looked at other rooms. The double room and twin room space are very good. Although the family room is a little smaller, it is more privacy-protected because of a partition. I especially like the light switch of the hotel.

I really like the atmosphere of this home. I felt warm and friendly as soon as I entered the courtyard. Various functional areas are complete, and the transition between each area is natural. The leisure tea seats, breakfast tables, and sun room dining rooms in the yard are decorated with appropriate aesthetics and comfort close to life. The fish pond is both ornamental and practical, and the fish head soup is made from freshly caught fish. Farm chickens in the backyard that are fed only with grain and leftovers are caught and grilled. The outdoor swimming pool is open in summer, and the swing chairs face the mountains and water.

Great homestay, a good place to stay away from the city. Eat healthy, the homestay has a stream, and the water is very clean. The service of the homestay is also super intimate, and it feels like going home. You can do pottery and Leburn, which are unique to take home. I will definitely go again next time, it is too decompressed.

We stayed here from the first to the fifth day of the ***** New Year with two adults, two children and a dog. Because of my dog, I chose a pet-friendly hotel. After making the reservation, I joined the WeChat group with the hotel staff and they will answer any questions I have. The service is very thoughtful and timely. This store is located within the resort area and there are many attractions that you can see/play without leaving the park. There are also some restaurants in the park which is very convenient. In terms of hardware, there is no wardrobe, only a simple clothes hanger. For a family of four, especially in winter, there are a lot of clothes and they can only be spread out everywhere. I am a bit of a germaphobe and it is a bit unbearable. The towel rack in the bathroom was also too low. We are used to bringing our own toiletries, so the storage space in the washbasin is too small.
