Tempat ini sangat cocok untuk nongkrong, minum-minum, dan bersenang-senang dengan teman-teman di malam hari. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Staf ramah. Sarapannya luar biasa. Layanan kamar cepat. Lokasinya mudah dijangkau dari stasiun kereta, hanya 2 halte, dan Anda sudah tiba di Sydney Central. Jika Anda naik penerbangan pagi, misalnya sebelum pukul 06.30, gunakan Uber. Jika tidak, bus antar-jemput yang disediakan bisa menjadi pilihan yang tepat.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Mascot for a reunion of friends and spouses, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for people travelling from interstate or overseas. It’s also handy to the train station, so getting into the city or around Sydney is easy. For anyone needing a car, there’s a Green Motion car hire service located right within the hotel, offering early rentals and late returns. That after-hours flexibility is great — and it saves you the usual airport surcharge. The hotel itself isn’t particularly upmarket, but the service is friendly, professional, and accommodating. We had two dinners there and found the meals quite reasonable and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, and there’s a proper barista making real coffee — not the usual machine-made version some places serve. A thoughtful touch in the lobby is the water fountain with fizzy, chilled, and room-temperature options — perfect for refilling bottles and a nice environmentally friendly feature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with capsule coffee that’s reasonably good. A microwave would be a welcome addition for guests staying longer. Overall, a convenient, friendly, and well-equipped hotel. I’d happily recommend it for both business and leisure travellers.

The hotel is really close to the domestic Sydney airport, at a walkable distant around 850m - 1km. Good, clean, cosy hotel which is good for overnight stay before you travel interstate. Really recommend to any travellers. The hotel is also closes to Krispy Kreme, McDonald & KFC. By the way, the water does not provide to the guest, so you may need to get that from the bar to your room.
