Hotel was a bit far from everything but it is very quiet at night. The public baths were also amazing!

Friendly staff and nice dinner set

This is an old hotel in the suburbs of Kochi. It is the tallest building in the area at a glance. It is located on the banks of the Niyodo River and has a very good environment. The equipment looked old, there were small bugs on the tatami, and there were many small flying insect bodies in the open-air hot spring, but I didn't find it too disgusting, haha. The dinner set is delicious, and there is also Dandan noodles for midnight snacks.

The hotel is located in a high area and can be easily seen from a distance, but it is located in a remote area, suitable for self-driving tourists. The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, but it is also clean and tidy, with beautiful river views. The waiters are polite and willing to answer tourists' questions (although they don't understand English very well). The kaiseki dinner is also rich, but there is no supplement for breakfast after 9:30!

Overall it's good. I was given a room with mountain view on a high floor. The room is relatively new and the view is beautiful. Dinner was a banquet, the dishes were quite exquisite, but the ingredients were average. The glass needs cleaning

A hotel next to the Niyodo River in Kochi. You can walk to the Niyodo River to play in the water. It is recommended for bringing children. The hotel business is also good on weekdays, but the restaurant waiters are a bit short and busy. The hot springs are great.

The location of the hotel is relatively inconvenient, but the environment is also comfortable. The large bathhouse has a sense of age, complete facilities, and good service. The food in the hotel restaurant is not bad, and the service is also good. It's just that the whole hotel has a sense of age and feels a bit old, but the overall service is OK.

After retiring, my wife and I spent some time relaxing here. We were provided with a clean and very comfortable environment. The food was also delicious. I would like to recommend this to my children.

Located at the high point of the town, the transparent elevator and open view are a surprise. The dinner breakfast was above average, and the parking spaces were ample. However, the bathhouse was dilapidated and the outdoor bath was under repair.

The view from the room is good as it is located on a hill. The room was spacious and the bed could recline, making it very comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast had a lot of quality, and although the taste was bland, they were very delicious. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Special praise to Kamenoi's Lady Manager. She provided portable heater and thick blankets when found our family of 4 shivering from the cold which she checked on us many times during our 2-days stay. She made special dinner arrangement for us that do not eat seafood.

If you are looking for a spacious room at a good price, this is the place for you! I am one of them. It is not far from Kochi city, so even though I did not have a car, the transportation is quite convenient. There are two stations available. Thanks to that, I was able to go to the Kappa Museum and Hobby Museum on the Shimanto River, and I was able to see young sweetfish jumping in the Iyodo River. It was a pleasant walk. It is a very beautiful clear stream. I wondered what a lot of white things were flowing from the opposite bank. From a distance, it looked like tissue paper? But it was big? Then, on the second day, I was able to see the flowers blooming, and the problem was solved. It was a magnolia tree! The mountain scenery is also majestic, and the contrast between the clouds? fog? sprouting from the mountains and the sunlight is cool. Due to the typhoon, we only had good weather on the afternoon of the first day, but the hotel staff were very kind and I am very satisfied. I was busy in May and was worried that I would have muscle pain all over my body, but it has become much easier! Thank you. There is one disappointing thing, the view is very nice from the windows on the high ground, but all the windows are very dirty and full of bugs. That's the only disappointing thing.

The room was clean, tidy and easy to use. However, there is no shower room in the room, so it may be difficult for families who want to have a bath in the room. The food was also delicious. I was also happy with the service that was not like midnight noodles.
