The reception staff is really friendly. I want to say thank you to the woman with glasses at the reception who assigned me a room with a good view :) It's right next to the central station, and the view is really good. However, I think the only downside is that the bed is either flat or soft, and my back hurts a lot when I sleep. Oh, and the breakfast is a bit disappointing.

The hotel has its own underground car park, just 80 metres from the hotel. The receptionist will give you an explanation of the location of the parking lot and the opening code. If you arrive late, the underground free parking lot may be full. Parking spaces with blue lines around the street are free between 9pm and 7am, but they are also full of vehicles. Breakfast is normal. The hotel is very comfortable to walk to the old town, you can walk along the Yinhe Road, not far away.

The rooms are much cleaner and more cozy than the pictures. It was nice to have a family of four staying in one room. Breakfast is simple but well prepared. If you make an appointment for more than 2 days and 2 nights, you can receive the Innsbruck Free welcome card by e-mail when you check in. Please consult. I have the intention to visit again.

Hotel was great for a short sightseeing trip. It is located slightly out of the main city hub. If you're walking there, it is slightly uphill but nothing too drastic and accessible by bus. Really appreciated the breakfast each morning and they packed us a take away breakfast pack when we had to do an early checkout before breakfast was normally being served.
