A hotel with not very new rooms, during my stay I was disappointed by the concept of the hotel restaurant, vegetarian food, which is not suitable for everyone! The area is very beautiful, the pool is wonderful, the staff is helpful!

The location is a bit remote, but everything else is ideal

One of the most comfortable and luxurious properties for stay across Indore. A must visit for any reason whether business / family / friends. A special shout out to F&B staff Wamique Hussain , Sajan Rajak , Snigdha Mondal and Tanishq for excellent hospitality and care. It is a full veg hotel with umpteen number of options for food. A great spa but a very bad gym with no equipments. Great for hosting weddings and functions. They have a beautiful banquet hall. Catering is truly world class.

I ***** with my husband part of our 2 jyotilinga and the spiritual 15 days of journey and probably 12 flights and other 5star hotels from Mumbai,varansi,Lucknow,Tirupati,indore and Hyderabad hotels Sheraton grand hotel hospitality and bed and comfort is exceptional and make memorable trip because of wonderful staff . Special thanks to Sri harichandan mohanty from restaurant with taking care of our need and I noticed that he is very good with his job that notice every detail and customers need and fulfill with his wonderful staff .All the staff from reception to restaurant and cleaning they are amazing.Thank you each and everyone giving us amazing hospitality and feels like home .From uk to all this places we visited at this hotel my aIl tiredness disappeared.recently stayed at your hotel in Mumbai ,Varanasi,indore,Tirupati,Lucknow,Rishikesh and Hyderabad and all 5 star hotels but Indore Shareton palace hotel stay was exceptional experience.and wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff. The warm welcome, attentive hospitality, and seamless experience made my stay memorable.just one thing I think all hotels should do is welcome drink because that is our tradition that if someone comes to our house we offer them drinks first because when we went to Bali , Thiland and Mauritius they all Offers welcome drinks or ice cream even one and only in Montenegro offers welcome drinks and when you leave they give cookies for journey. I hope we keep our traditions and offer welcome drinks.I strongly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and we are planning to come next year for weekend enjoy this hotel. It would be great if they provide indore city transfer complimentary or price for hiring transport to experience city.

I went for dinner on my wife's birthday. It was a great experience. The staff was very nice and polite. I requested for some decoration, which was just amazing. I would like to appreciate the efforts made my staff specially to Neha and Akhil.

We had an excellent stay and experience at Sheraton for my wedding. The staff was resourceful and helpful especially Betal, Ritika, Neeraj, Shimpi, Rishu, Rajeev, Satya & Aanchal. The hotel provided a beautiful backdrop for festivities of the wedding The food was lip smacking and the hospitality truly touched our hearts

We planned our event at Sheraton indore really very lovely place great hospitality good Food’s good ambiance. Special thanks to Mr. Sanju he is very kind and humble person always on floor to communicate and Service. And also from his team Ayush who alway there for us. Once again thank you Sheraton Banquet team to make out Event Wonderful.

The hotel is on Bye pass out of main Indore City and no other restaurants are available nearby , it is only good for weddings as several weddings are happening all days and lot of wedding crowd and disturbance , the team is not cooperative enough , With such high rates several better accommodations are available .

Dinner @Arana was amazing. They took really great care of us. The food and service was great. Everything was fast and the taste was delicious. The chef came to check with us if everything was good. The staff checked with us several times if the food was to our liking or not. Thanks chef Vikram for making sure everything was perfect!

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms were great and clean. As this hotel serves only vegetarian food we were impressed by the excellent presentation and large amount of variaties with great tastes. Our staying became an unforgettable experience thanks to the wonderful and nice hotel staff. Our special thanks goes out to Mrs Shimpi-ji who treated us like family which made us feel very special. We would also like to thank Tanishq (Tanu-ji), Khushboo, Sagar, Soham, Shoage, KK, Tofane, Bivash, Ajit, Akhil, Aman, chef Pranav and offcourse all the other great staff members who didn't mention. We had very nice conversations and lots of laughter with you all. Thanks to you all we had the best staying ever.
