It was super close to terminal 1 and I had thumbs up from all family members who are quite fussy when it comes to hotel. Although we stayed in East tower which is older building, still clean and spacious, amenities are limited due to government restrictions but we had our own so it was not an issue. We booked for 4 including 1 child. But they only provided 3 towels, and 2glasses etc not quite equipped for 4 sadly. Bu

We had a memorable stay at Paradise City. The hotel is superb. glad that we are staying at Paradise City during the heavy snowfall as they have everything from food to entertainment all under one roof. My kids love the swimming pool very much. The free shuttle to airport is a plus point too :)

Good stay! Hidden gem nearby to Incheon airport Hotel has a chill vibes and shuttle service was provided from airport. Hotel also house a convenient store/cafe/restaurant for food and a small garden that was great for a stroll while enjoying the nature. The outdoor pool open year round was nice but has an additional entry fees which was costly. Overall definitely worth to stopover a day or two to relax after all the shopping from downtown Seoul.

Korea hotel toothbrush n toothpaste need to charge. No free drinking water too. Soap, body shampoo, hair shampoo, conditioner and bath towels provided. Walking distance to Songdo Conversia n Lotte Mart opposite the hotel. 24 hours emart is at hotel ground floor too. Walking distance to reach a commercial center with lots of restaurant options. Stayed for 3 days, the buffet breakfast options exactly the same.

I use it sometimes when I want to relax comfortably. First of all, the Sheraton Grand brand is the highest class hotel among Sheraton brands. ..I think it would be good to pay more attention to maintenance as the facilities are old, and the food in the club lounge is especially bad for the price. It felt like a waste of money. During this visit, I was a little surprised that bottled water was not provided and a water purifier was installed. Are you taking good care of your water purifier? The water doesn't taste good... I don't think there is a water purifier in the room in a luxury hotel.

The hotel was right in front of the station so the location was great, there was a cafe on the first floor, there were two 7-Elevens right in front, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the toilets were very clean and new for Korea. The hotel also had a pool and gym on the roof that cost about 1000 yen to enter, amusements for children to play in, and a wide range of facilities, which was great, and the discount coupon for the cafe on the first floor was valid for the entire stay, which was convenient. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the pool was very dirty and there was a lot of toilet paper-like stuff floating in it which was disgusting. Apart from that it was a nice hotel, but if you weren't going to the pool I think a nearby hotel that was about half the price would be fine.

I lost my passport in the taxi from the airport to the hotel and panicked, but the front desk staff were kind enough to help me and got it back. I don't speak Japanese, but they explained everything to me in detail using a translation app, which was really helpful. I went to the hotel with my children, and there were many pools, mini golf courses, and playgrounds, so we enjoyed our stay. There was the sea, park, and many food stalls right in front of us, so we were able to blend in with the locals, which is different from Myeongdong. I will definitely stay here again next time. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff.

We stayed in JN Park while laying over in Korea. Mr. Song, the GM of this hotel is the nicest and the most accommodating person you’ll ever know. He came to pick us up in Incheon airport and was so helpful in all the possible ways. We had a very comfortable stay and although there isn’t much to see in the area, we would definitely consider staying at JN Park when we return to Seoul for a visit. It’s children friendly, room is spacious and they have a decent breakfast! Their swimming pool is also fantastic. I highly recommend!

I stayed here for 2 nights, but the first day was difficult because there was a noise pollution villain. It was pounding until late at night, but on the second day, there was no noise at all, probably because they had checked out.. When I came back after going out, the heating was set to 38-9 degrees, so I thought it was cooking. Even if I set it to low, the heating seemed to turn up through central control. I spoke to the counter and they fixed it. It was nice to have a private terrace because they didn't skimp on heating. It would be perfect to create an open-air bath there. I realized when I left that there was a separate bathroom door. The blanket was clean, but there were some dark marks on it, so it seemed like it needed to be replaced. It was small, but had everything I needed and was cozy and comfortable. It was an ondol room, and the rug was not thick, so the mat I brought separately was useful.

My first time staying at Art Paradiso, the experience was delightful. All the staff were courteous, prompt, warm and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you for such great service, something I have not experienced for a long time (usually professional but not attentive, out of the way helpful like the staff at Art Paradiso). Thank you for a wonderful time. I would highly recommend for solo travellers, couples, friends etc.
