Art Paradiso, Paradise City

**Early check-in:** I arrived approximately three hours before the standard check-in time. Despite the hotel having available rooms, including the suite I had reserved, I was offered early check-in only upon payment of 30% of the nightly rate — a policy I found unreasonable given the circumstances. I negotiated a 2:00 PM check-in, to which the staff agreed. However, when I arrived at 1:40 PM, they refused to check me in and made me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes until exactly 2:00 PM. **Deposit:** Upon check-in, the hotel requested a credit card for the security deposit. When I explained I did not have one, they asked for 500,000 KRW in cash. I offered 200,000 KRW, noting that I had no intention of using the minibar or incurring additional charges. The staff agreed, but the negotiation itself felt inappropriate for a luxury property. A guest staying in a suite should not have to justify a deposit amount. Upon checkout, staff rushed to inspect my room before returning the deposit while I was still present — which felt intrusive and disrespectful. **Taxi service:** When I approached the reception desk to request a taxi, a staff member took me aside — away from other guests — to handle my request separately. While she was helpful and polite, the taxi arranged was a standard economy car, entirely inconsistent with the level of accommodation I had booked. For a suite guest, this felt like a significant disconnect. **Hotel catalog:** During my stay, I noticed the SLH catalog in my room and expressed a genuine interest in purchasing or keeping a copy as a memento. The hotel declined both options without offering any alternative. For a property representing your brand, this was a missed opportunity to create a positive lasting impression. I have always associated SLH with independent, thoughtful hospitality. Art Paradiso, unfortunately, felt more like a mid-range four-star hotel than a true luxury experience. I have also sent this feedback to SLH and they replied that they will push hotel to provide feedback about this. No anything till today.

Had an absolutely lovely trip here to this hotel. Big beautiful rooms, comfortable and great staff.

Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!

A truly unique stay; everything was well thought out and presented beautifully. The staff were amazing and the facilities were top tier. Definitely take a walk around the complex to view all the original artwork on display.

The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

An excellent stay at Paradise Hotel Seoul. The spa and jjimjilbang facilities are outstanding—clean, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. The sauna experience alone is worth the visit. Service was professional and attentive throughout, making the entire stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

wow!! the best of the best located at the back area of the paradise hotel. private service and private butler. the rooms are spectacular and the facilities as well. the best in Inchon

We really think that room much small then they said we even checked it with tape measure 📏 and yes it’s twice smaller 😭😭😭😭

Very awesome and friendly crew. Service was immaculate. Plenty of Food option which was nicely curated even though it was a entertainment resort. The Cimer spa was really fun and relaxing place to end our Seoul trip.
