dingin di hotel, tapi kamar bisa di nyalakan AC hangat, air di kolam renang juga sangat dingin, saya punya anak kecil, dingin berenang di air seperti itu. ada lapisan kotor di dinding di kamar mandi, menjijikkan, ambang jendela di bawah tertutup debu apakah itu 5 bintang? ini adalah 3 * hotel!!!!! juga saat mendaftar di hotel, staf tidak tersenyum, wajah tidak puas!!!!! tidak akan pernah kembali lagi dan tidak akan merekomendasikan! makanan tidak terlalu wow dan tidak buruk, saya bepergian dan selalu mengambil hotel bintang lima. Hotel bintang lima misalnya Dubai berbeda dengan ini. hotel ini adalah 3 * Tentu!

Informed hotel that it was our honeymoon and wife's birthday. Not expecting much but no "extra" service was done. Booked a single bed room and was given room.with 2 beds, when I had the room ls switch our new room seemed a bit more dated. Rated as a 5 star but rooms were standard to a holiday inn/best western. Was a good place to stay for the Ultra Korea festival,, and we did find 4 x four leaf clovers in a single patch around the hotel.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay for me. Shuttle bus service is good.

Hotel is quite good. Didn't try the breakfast, only the lounge bar Vy in East tower but it's very empty on Sunday a bit dodgy. Had a simple Ceasar salad and a beer. Salad was so-so, the beer was good (draught Cass). Location is good if you need to get flight early morning. From hotel to Terminal 2 (Korean Air etc..) took more than 20min by their shuttle bus. So it's not super near, don't expect 5min ride! Beds are comfortable.

Due to flight delay, we miss the last hotel shuttle, luckily we connected to airport Wi-Fi and ask family oversea to call the hotel and inform them we arrived and are waiting for our luggage also tell them we miss the last shuttle and this is our first time in Seoul we don't have the local currency, the front desk tell us we can go to the 3rd fl gate 12 for the airport shuttle or taxi and pay with visa, and she also said the latest check-in time will be 12:30, after that will result no show, but she didn't tell us that shuttle will drop you off at a subway station and there's no phone or Wi-Fi connection to contact the hotel for pick up, we waited over 15 mins in cold and rain at the station and finally around 11:00 something a lady walk out from the station and we ask for her help to call the hotel to pick us up, Thanks her!! Just imagine, We are stressed, hungry, wet and tired and they give us a room at the old Wing that have to walk a long way.....sign.... My suggestion for the front desk, do not assume all your guests know they have to make a call to the hotel to pick them up and all of them have local phone or data Sim, since you know your guests arrived and there's raining outside with cold weather at late night, you can send someone to the station and wait for them in advance. Careless service Grand Hyatt Incheon.

Nice stay near the airport. During check in, we upgraded to package with tea and semi-buffet dinner with 3pm late checkout. The tea only had simple food but we enjoyed plane spotting at the place where we had tea. Nice experience. Comfortable beds too.

Good location within 5 minutes to the airport using the hotel’s shuttle bus which arrives every 30 minutes. Ordered the room service , food was good.

One of the hotel chauffeur (an older Korean uncle) was super friendly and offered to drive us to the airport when he knew we were close to our flight time and saw us waiting for a taxi. He went out of his way to drive us and was very welcoming, introducing us to the Korean culture and places to visit next time we come to Korea! His kind gesture truly made a difference and ended our trip to Korea in such a good way.

Free shuttle bus from the airport every 30 minutes was super convenient because I had an early flight the next morning. Check-in went smoothly and I was promptly given my room key. They offer room service 24 hours and a lounge on the first floor. Although the lounge was advertised as offering take out orders until 9pm, when I went down at 8:29pm, they told me last call was at 8:30pm and that the kitchen was already closed. Quite a letdown but the staff that brought the room service was nice. Overall, I would book the hotel again next time if I was travelling out of Incheon.

Booked into Grand Hyatt Incheon after unexpected changes to our flights. Staff could not have been more helpful, arranged late checkout to match our new flights and dealt with our oversized bicycle boxes and getting them back to the airport the next day.
