Ulasan Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel

Amazing experience!!! Excellent location. Very quiet area and at the same time convenient. Transport near by. In the hotel 24 hour convenience store. Greta gym, nice swimming pool and sauna, great breakfast and dinner! Totally recommend!!!

Booked this hotel for a long/overnight layover. Was a lovely room: clean and comfortable. Club Lounge was nice with good food and drink selection. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Central Park View was amazing, but room was not warm enough and 😱 previous guest’s smell (from specific region) ……

Breakfast was overrated and really they need to pick the game. 70 AUD for cheap quality breakfast is waste of money. Come on Sheraton.

This is a very nice hotel, although the location is a bit remote. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Slightly disappointing was that there is only one airport shuttle a day from the hotel to the airport and none (apparently) from the airport to the hotel.

Worse than expectation.

This was a great place to stay at while waiting for Covid test results when returning to China.

Classic. easy to find. Nice park is near by, you can enjoy a nature-in-city.

방을 옮겼습니다. 엘리베이터 옆의 룸은 엘리베이터 소음이 그대로 전해져서 쉬기 힘들었습니다. 짐을 빼고 키를 가지고 내려오라고 하더군요 그리고 옮겨준 방은 시티뷰로 오전에 해가 뜨고 온도가 29도까지 올라가고 에어컨은 제대로 작동하지 않는지 레이트체크아웃이 가능했는데 일찍 나와버렸습니다. 다시는 안갈듯합니다.

너무 좋았습니다아! 객실도 뷰 업그레이드 해주신다고 룸 업그레이드해주시고 체크인 해주셨던 여자 직원분 너무 꼼꼼하고 안내도 친절하게 잘해주셔서 너무 좋았어요 !! 근데 존함이 기억이 잘 안나서 아쉬워요 ㅠㅠ 오래된 호텔이라 이곳 저곳 세월의 흔적은 있지만 객실 크기나 서비스 등 모든 면에서 만족합니다! 좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 감사합니다:)

어린이날 갔어요 센트럴파크뷰는 아니였지만 뷰좋았고요 수영장은 사람너무많아서 목욕탕인줄
