Amazing villa, good location if you have a car, great hospitality best on the entire island. Would have stayed longer but they were fully booked.

Excellent and very familiar treatment. The owners are very friendly and always willing to recommend places of interest and good restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and varied and the pool at the foot of the room was very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Simply perfect; relaxed oasis ideally located for exploring the island. Beautiful grounds, pool and main house , serving an excellent fresh continental breakfast with local produce. Great communications from Maria Jose prior to arrival making the whole stay simple and easy. Must mention the shower, one of the best for heat and power 👌. The relaxed ethos is a perfect accompaniment to the wine straight from the vineyard in the grounds.

Very nice property, beautiful garden and helpful owners. Very good breakfast. It is like peace of heaven in the city Inca. Nice swiming pool with plenty places for the romantic stay and rest. I recomend this hotel, I would love to stay in this place in the future.

This place was stunning in every way. Located just off a main road so convenient for airport and the main bus route. Walk down a quiet road and through the large wrought iron gates and you could easily be mistaken for Bali. The grounds are beautiful, the pool stunning, lots of balinese beds, hammocks, egg chairs, never had to think about where to lay / lounge and it was always quiet. There is a toilet and shower next to the pool it was always clean. The building is impressive and beautiful palatial like with high ceilings amazing light fittings and original features and furniture. The room just as stunning, we had a balcony which was lovely to sit on in the evenings. The bedding and towels were the best we ve had , fluffy and high quality. Breakfast was traditional and had a great choice - not a baked bean or hash brown in site which is perfect - it's majorca not manchester. We got the bus one day to Alcudia, bus stop just outside the grounds next to small supermarket it took 20/25 minutes was cheap and easy. We also got the bus to and from the airport again really easy and only a few euros. We bought food from the supermarket one lunch time and we were given plates and cutlery to use and sat on the main tables by the pool - there is also a fridge you can use to store any food / drinks. All in all the most perfect relaxing place and we will definitely be back hopefully every year !

Positives: very well located if not using a car. Nearby train station (Constancia/Hospital d’Inca) and bus routes and supermarket. Lovely pool area with a variety of seating. Very big breakfast selection. Good quality bathroom towels and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Negatives: breakfast foods not adequately covered with fly protectors. This did affect enjoyment of the selection on offer. Note: if travelling by train from local station to Palma it is not necessary to change trains in Inca.

Such a beautiful property with amazing staff. Maria and Xavier were exceptional. The breakfast was delicious. They also offer wine tasting and bike rental and are really close to a train station if you want to explore more of the wine region. Highly highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We had an amazing time here. The owners and staff are super friendly and kind persons. Allthough the property is close to the city, you really have your vacation vibe when you enter the property. Complete with garden, swimming pool and cozy seats. The breakfast was very good, unique and fresh. We would highly recommend this one, especially if you want to see multiple parts of the northern and western part of the island by car. Rooms were clean and roomservice was on point. Recommendations; sunset from Cape de Formentor (and visit the beaches throughout the day), visit Fornalutx and Cala Deia (make a reservation for lunch), luxury diner at restaurant Mirabona, drive the MA-10 route in the mountains. Hope to visit the place again in the future.

Lovely hotel set in a vineyard yet very close to all amenities and motorway We loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Pool is large with plenty of sun beds and day beds Convenient for travel from the airport and only 25 minutes to Puerto Pollença and Alcúdia in the North and 45 minutes from Sóller. For train info Palma it’s only 45 minutes from Inca station Owners are great Fully recommend

This place was like a hidden gem nestled among the serene groves of olive and orange trees. Small but charming with spectacular decor that exuded an authentic Mediterranean beauty. Very good and well kept outdoor areas. Polite and attentive staff. The room was very clean and comfy with the small balcony offering stunning views. Delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay there again

What a wonderful place to stay in Mallorca! The room was spotless and well maintained on a daily basis, the breakfast was phenomenal, and Maria Jose went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. The location is basically central to everything on the island so that makes it a perfect starting point for whatever you may have planned. We can’t wait to visit again.

We had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, featuring a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables straight from their garden.

We had read the reviews before booking Sa Vinya so our expectations were high but they were more than exceeded. We marvelled at the attention to detail, the beautifully presented and delicious breakfast buffets, the astonishing level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, the glorious swimming pool, the beauty of the buildings, the well kept garden, the hard working friendly staff and the calm atmosphere throughout. Everything possible is done to provide guests with an environment and experience to ensure they can relax completely and very comfortably. The hotel being so close to the excellent transport infrastructure in Mallorca was an added bonus for us too.

This beautiful hotel is located in a very strategic position and you can easily reach most of the island within 20-40 mins. The rooms are newly renovated and super clean. Breakfast offers an infinity of choices, sweet and salty. Will come back again for sure.
