I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. On the first day of my stay, the room was dusty and there were countless hairs on the bed. The air conditioner was also out of order and I had to have my room changed. However, even after the room change, the bed sheets had many hairballs and the room was not clean. The cold air from the air conditioner was dusty and gave me a sore throat. The worst part is the staff and attitude of this hotel. My room had a broken water heater and the shower was water. I asked for it to be repaired on the first day, but the staff told me, "The repairman will be here tomorrow at noon." The next day and the day after that, the shower was still water and I complained to the staff several times. On the third night of my stay, the staff told me, "The repairman will be here 100% tomorrow at noon. The next day, the next day, and the day after that, the hot shower was still not working. They lied to me and the shower in my room remained cold water for the entire time I was there. The hotel did not give me any guarantee for this. No elevator, no water server, no towels, no Wi-Fi in the room, and so on.

The staff was friendly.. i've booked here before and the service was good.. only towel was provided and no others.. the place was good... The room was located in the 3rd floor and you need to use stairs only but it is ok.. i should say that i will still choose to stay in Reddoorz ledesco..

The staff was friendly and helpful since yung isang room is may issue sa AC so I asked her to check and she did pero same padin so she decided so transfer my friend to another room. The location is nice malapit sa mall but about the cleanliness dati okay sya since always kami nag stay dito maybe kulang na sila sa staff that's why other area's is hindi okay but it's a good stay.

Very basic ,if you just need a place to sleep it's ok, but WiFi is very poor, Netflix not working, local TV connection is bad.

We were welcomed well, the room was okay based on the price, overall it is a good place to spend a day or two in ilo ilo if you are there to attend some events and wanna save some money. But if you want a place where you could stay and chill for a long period of time maybe not a place.

Very dirty and amenities is tireble yes the staff is good but the cleanliness is. So bad

Hapos tultulon kag may lapit nga 711 sa area Open man ang guardhouse sg subd kahit gabi na Wala ko actual photo, pero amo gd man na hitsura nya sa labas. Pwede mka park sa tubang nya #ctto of the photo

Very affordable, quiet just good for relaxing.

Through Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a "pocket wi-fi". Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.

I only suggest na linisin lahat ng gamit lalo na ang sa banyo.

It was in a peaceful location not too far from downtown. Value for money! And one of the tenant restaurants has nice food - Jollof Kings
