The hotel has about 7 rooms so it’s more of a serene hideout in my opinion. One of its gates is located on the road of the African Shrine (5 blocks away) which can get rowdy but the other gate is hardly ever crowded, save for the pickups and drop offs from the school 2 blocks away. No WiFi. Complimentary breakfast. Nice staff. Most especially, low cost and very good air conditioning. Returned there in 2021 and things had deteriorated. The dinner caused a significant amount of visits to the toilet. Unimpressed
