It’s clear that the hotel needs a major overhaul in staff training and recruitment. The place is severely understaffed—despite paying in advance and requesting an extra bed before check-in, it took two full hours to get it delivered. To make matters worse, Mr. Cril was particularly abusive and showed a total lack of professionalism. His behavior was not only rude but also made the female guests feel extremely uncomfortable. His lewd and inappropriate stares were completely uncalled for and utterly disrespectful. During breakfast, it took over 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, and there was a glaring lack of basic items like cutlery on the table. Simple things, such as a bowl, took 20 minutes to arrive, which only exposed how incompetent Mr. Cril truly is. His attitude and lack of basic decency towards guests are inexcusable, and the management should seriously consider removing him. He is not only ineffective but also incredibly ill-mannered and seems to have no understanding of how to treat guests with basic respect or professionalism.
