Hotel rooms are good, washrooms are clean, food is good but there is limited variety, staff is also good, but location is 1 h away from munnar city and expert driver required as it's top on mountain. Near to nature

- property location (1/5) - need good driving skill to reach hotel from road - very steep (1 km) - one vehicle can go at a time. Also, 20 km away from munnar city. Way to munnar city is also very steep at some places. - car parking (5/5) overall, we enjoyed our stay. Good driving skill is required at very steep road near hotel if you have manual gear car.

Travel-ling to resort is adventures. If you miss the sign board, we will land up at an unknown place surrounding with trees narrow road. Resort is at very good place inside plantation breakfast is simple and sweet. Staff hospitality is awesome.

The rooms provided were good enough. Had a balcony. But the route to the resort was terrible with lots of steep and slope roads. Need a good clearance vehicle to get to the destination.
