Agroturismo Atzaró

I was on a solo trip and went for a spa day on the 3rd September. I had booked dinner in the evening as well because I have dined at Atzaro before and loved it. I arrived and it was raining heavily, which can’t be helped. Due to the weather, the place was empty. I asked at reception where the spa is. ‘Round the corner’ I was told. I go and am completely lost - any time I asked a staff member for direction, they simply pointed to the way. When I finally get to the spa desk, I was just given a key, and told where the locker room is. No towel, no walkthrough the spa area, or the locker room, explaining where everything is - which you would expect from a 5 star establishment. I had my massage which was really good. And also lunch at the restaurant. Staff were very pleasant, food was not that great though. By this point I was still holding onto my travel bag, as I still couldn’t find the locker room. When I did find it afterwards, I somehow managed to make my way into the men’s locker room (that’s how lost I was) which was pretty embarrassing. Managed to finally find the ladies locker room and put my stuff away. I then found a daybed with an ashtray next to it, i picked up the ashtray and all the contents of it went all over my clothes. After that, I just left, I’d had enough. Even though I’d paid 200 euros for a full spa day experience. Also cancelled dinner in the evening- as well as reservation at Atzaro Beach the following day, that’s how disappointed I was. It’s such a shame because I was really looking forward to the Atzaro experience having heard great reviews. I appreciate the weather was bad but that should not impact customer service.

I recently stayed at the Atzaro Agroturismo. They had everything I needed, food, a good place to sleep and an amazing spa. I also paid a visit to the gym, even though it was small, I still managed to get a good workout. The sauna and icebath were great to use after.

ATZARO is the kind of place you always dream of..beautiful and carefully designed.. They care each and small things in very details.. The OwnerGeli and Victor and Phillip and director Miguel themselves are always there to help guest Most important service and ambiance of place.. I always go for lunch and will go again Thank you

Stunning hotel, superb staff and good food. We really enjoyed our Sunday afternoon here with live music too. A wonderful experience and well worth the price tag. We will definitely be returning. The cocktail deserts are a must, pudding of dreams!

This is my third visit at ATZARO and feel love to come again and again They care lot of guest.. unluckily I don’t stay there but one day if ever I get chance love to stay there… normally it’s fully packed.. Team of ATZARO they look after very well guest..The Owner Geli and Victor they were best host.. In restaurant waiter Alvaro and others they were very good Highly Recommended

Came for day spa after a night out in Ibiza. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. Had a massage which was quite nice. Swam in the pool. Ate burgers and had a couple cocktails. Issue arose when it was time to depart. Went to front desk and no one was there. Waited 10 mins when finally a guy showed up who wasn’t friendly at all. Asked for a cab and he said it’d be 10 mins and acted like it was a bother for him (10 mins not a big deal had we not already waited 10 mins for him to show up). Finally got cab about 15 minutes later. Beside the grumpy guy at the front desk, I’d have given this place 5 stars. It’s pretty remote, so be aware that it’s troublesome and timely to arrive and depart.
