Club Can Bossa

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Tropic Garden. The hotel staff work extremely hard to ensure that all guests have a great holiday. The food and drinks available are lovely and the service was great. Our rooms were spotless each day thanks to the hard working cleaning team and the front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and organising taxis and buses etc for our trips. The kids club team were amazing at looking after our son and the various activities offered for him (aged 7) were so fun; they worked so hard all holiday entertaining kids and adults alike. Thank you for a Wonderful holiday. We appreciated everything that you all do each and every day for the guests. Xx

We checked in O.K. The reception staff seemed very friendly. We had the Junior Suite on the top floor which was nice with a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a living room but the real gem to this room is the large balcony which is in the top corner of the hotel which seemed more secluded than the rest of the hotel. This really is the best seat in the house. The view is amazing with most of Playa d'en Bossa in sight with Ushuaïa and Hard Rock as the centre piece and the ocean as a backdrop, really breathtaking. The room was generally clean apart from a shelf in the bathroom which had been missed with the previous guests empty deodorant left there and the shelf quite dirty. Not a huge problem tbh. However this hotel has some issues. Ibiza is HOT and there were problems with the aircon. On the first night we discovered the aircon has a loud squeeky vibration which can be heard wherever you are in the room including the bedroom. When I reported this to the reception in the morning I could tell he'd heard this before and said he'd sort it straight away which was no surprise that he didn't. I could tell this wasn't going to get sorted so i persued it no more and just learned to sleep with this constant noise. We had to have the aircon on full and was only just cool enough in the room. However in the lobby the aircon was full on working. Hmmmm. On one night the aircon was barely working and the temperature was not cool enough to sleep but this seemed to be fixed the following day. Don't waste your money on the breakfast. It runs from 7:30-10:30 only and is not so great. The pool is nice but with the air temperature it could do with being a bit cooler. You can't really cool off from the scorching sun in this pool. But it was a nice pool and enjoyed my time there. There is a basic food menu you can eat around the pool but at no point did i find this menu available. All i could order was these incredibly tastless pannini, nowhere near worth the money. The room has a doorbell which doesn't work so the cleaning staff just seemed to walking 1 second after knocking regardless of whether there is a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The location of the hotel is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from the main strip. I love Ibiza and will be going back for a 4th time but won't be staying here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 8 giorni, la posizione dell’hotel è strategica sia per i divertimenti sia per il mare. Il personale è molto gentile e la pulizia è ottima!!!!! Per quanto riguarda il cibo a mio parere di scarsa qualità, e non cucinato bene, mancano le indicazioni degli ingredienti dei piatti…Comunque rapporto qualità prezzo direi ok…

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältniss.Top Lage, saubere Zimmer .Das Essen eher 2 Sterne leider. Nichts angeschrieben ob Fleisch oder Vegi musste immer nachfragen.Aber sonst alles oke..Nettes Personal.Sehr bequeme Betten.!!! Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit tollem Blick auf das Meer.

solito Can Bossa, utile l'ultima notte come appoggio, prima di andare in aeroporto (3 minuti in auto). Ogni volta che lascio la villa, mi prenoto questo hotel di appoggio, giusto per una doccia. Molto turistico, classico per una clientela molto occasionale, che non conosce Ibiza. Struttura valida, personale non molto affabile. Camere pulite, bagni comodi.

Cielo azzurro mare turchese odore di resina ,terra rossa e musica hippy e tramonti mozzafiato, questa è Ibiza!!! L hotel dove abbiamo alloggiato è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa!!! Gentilezza pulizia e massima organizzazione!!!! Grazie a tutto lo staff!!!!
