Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta

Yes four stars! Having seen the rather poor reviews I thought I would help out with upgrading a little, if I could give three and a half that would be more accurate. The main reason for the upgrade is the staff, reception, bar, waiting, and cleaners all with a smile, buenos dias etc. Our small party found the food agreeable, maybe not piping hot but pleasantly warm. One of the party had a garlic allergy, a chef would come from the kitchen and point to non garlic items, if this did not please he would return to the kitchen and come with non garlic items, mainly veg. Rooms are agreeable and cleaned daily, end of August so few families with children, no problem with sun beds. The only problem for us was the hotel location, although all inclusive we enjoy an evening stroll and drink stop, very little in the area although a bar across the road next to a small store, beach not to far away. We stayed here in September we were very disappointed this is not a four star platinum at all 3 star at best we payed £1250.00 each and it definitely was not worth it every one we spoke to at the hotel complained as it’s falsely advertised we have stayed in a four star platinum many time with tui so we know what to expect this should be changed to a 3 star and the price lowered , we always book our holidays with tui but this was very disappointing I will say tho the staff are really great 👍

The beds were uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. Pillows to thick. The food was poor. cold, boring, no grill on, poor variety and extremely underwhelming. No Diet Coke, no sprite and no teabags for tea. Just all a bit meh. Won’t be returning.

Do not book this hotel if you want a 4 star platinum as this hotel clearly is not TUI should not be advertising it as such none of the usual extras you expect from a platinum hotel. I do applaud all of the staff who work extremely hard. Visited September 2024 met other guests who also shared my opinion

As usual we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel ! We know most of the staff ! Carlos and his great team are just amazing ! They recognised us instantly! How nice was that !!! Will be back again in 2025. A massive thank you to all the staff involved !👍👏👏👏👏👏

Bit concerned about reviews for hotel before travelling.All in all had a good week .Firstly hoptel is small and reminds me of the small and friendly range that Tui used to offer.Only 2 floors high .We had room 225 which looked over gardens at the rear and we were pleased with room in general - but did have to request sheet changes after night 4 which did get done and missed leaving any towels for us one day,pillows flattest Ive ever come across but luckily ok for me as I ony sleep on one pillow .Spotted a few marks and holes in bedding which was why I requested a change but think the linen is just old ?? walls quite thin and woken every night at next door coming bac to room at about 2 am onwards and being incredibly noisy.Our bad luck at having them next door - older ladies so think they would no better ! facilities in hotel were all close by to each other which was great .Food some great some not so much so.Hubby happy as lots of prawns,paella and mussels but I did struggle last couple of nights chicken kebabs were like bell metal ,and some of the meats very fatty .But by and large better than some of the comments had me expecting ! Staff work very hard and maybe just not quite enough of them ,several comments about pool area .We used the same area for sunbathing an had some spillage marks to the tiles and these were still there after a week so doesnt get hosed own very often as other hotels we have stayed at .Sun loungers a little old and tired but end of season so may be replaced for the start of the next season. Very informal dress code for dining room at night which was fine but just didnt feel it merits a platinum rating ? I had queried this with Tui before travelling but they do not recognise Trip Avisor feedbacks so didnt get any joy there .Not sure if we go back or not would have to have a think!
