Helllo guys I would like to start it off by saying save your money. The beds have brain and yellow stains the food is moldy my nan got a lemonade and vodka the lemonade was off. The cleaning lading took my bedsheet of me to change the beds while I was naked (small lady blonde hair beware) I want her sacked or I am suing. My 16 and 15 years sons have been severed alcohol all holiday by the big muscles bar tender he has loads of tattoos Barely any hair. Tv barley works turns off and on its own no half the channels are Spanish only itv channels are English

If staying at Sirenis seaview then need to make the most of the sunset grill. Food absolutely amazing. Steak cooked to perfection the way requested. The starters and puddings were amazing. Special mention to Gina and Eli amazing staff lovely smiling and welcoming. The most amazing end to our holiday enjoying this gorgeous place as we watched the sun set

The Service, food and drink in the italian was fantastic!! Adrian our waiter was AMAZING! Nothing was too much trouble- they catered for our daughter who has multiple allergies. Very impressed. Very friendly and happy staff, even though they were extremely busy, they were always smiling Thank you!

We’ve just got back from our holiday to the Seaview hotel holiday village and had a great time, the weather was hot hot hot and the location of the hotel was ideal. Just outside the hotel to the right is a beach, absolutely lovely with lots of opportunity for snorkelling to see lots of fish. Annoyingly we couldn’t rent sun beds as the cheaper ones required a €50 spend in their restaurant as well as €25 for the rental of the beds. The more expensive beds were double this so we sat on the beach with towels, which was fine especially as we were in the sea most of the time. There are a couple of supermarket/gift shops just outside the hotel or a causal 20 minute stroll further on to more shops takes you along the coastal path and is very enjoyable to walk in the evening. The hotel room was a good size for a family of 4, one room divided by sliding doors and a decent size balcony overlooking the beach so we were pleased with that. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the air con stayed on for as long as you wanted if you kept the spare key in the slot so it was nice to return to a cool room each day after a hot day out. The infinity pool at night for the sunset is a must, absolutely beautiful, the most picturesque sunset I’ve ever seen. A few negatives for me though; Nuts in the food was a difficult one and I heard quite a lot of people struggling with this too. The food does have signs up to indicate where nuts are present but there were lots of food that clearly don’t contain them but they cover themselves by saying there may be traces as the food was made off site. This meant there was a huge amount I couldn’t eat. Nearly all of the deserts had to be avoided. I think we’ve reached a time now where allergies are a lot more understood so nuts could be left out where such large groups of people come together to eat. I asked management about it but was told they only cater for gluten free or vegetarians so not helpful. Sun beds being reserved are always an issue at every holiday but this hotel clearly states that it’s forbidden to reserve them before 8am or they will be removed. I don’t know why they say this as the rule is not followed at all, people reserve from 4am and don’t come to the pool in some cases until late afternoon. It was very disappointing not to be able to find sun beds when we used the pool. Obviously if you can’t beat them you join them but the hotel fools you thinking they have some sort of fair system in place. Evening entertainment was mostly poor, a few days external entertainers came in, 3 nights in total and they were excellent but the reps entertainment at 9.30pm was not worth staying for. Smokers were annoying and made it difficult to enjoy sitting outside to watch the entertainment, very disrespectful to families and children sitting close by, I knew asking management about this wouldn’t result in anything but I tried anyway and got shrugged shoulders! There needs to be designated areas for smokers in today’s times. F

Mixed Experience - Definitely Not 4-Star Standard We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, unfortunately, the negatives really took away from our overall experience. Arrival: Check-in was frustrating. No check-in time was advertised, and we ended up waiting for hours with no communication from the staff. To make matters worse, there were no offers of anywhere to freshen up, which was particularly hard as we had children with us who were exhausted after traveling. The long wait was especially difficult for them, and it left us starting our holiday on the wrong foot. Rooms: The rooms were a real disappointment. They were dated, uncomfortable, and not particularly clean. The bathroom had mould, the shower wasn't working properly, and the air conditioning was poor and outdated. To top it off, we experienced a power cut. While staff rectified this quickly, it was still inconvenient. Main Pool: The main pool was dirty and murky with a green scum that made swimming unpleasant. It wasn’t cleaned until after a serious incident, even though complaints had been made to the rep prior. There was no communication to the guests about this, which made it seem like they were trying to sweep the issue under the rug. Infinity Pool: The infinity pool was also murky, to the point where you couldn’t even see the bottom or anyone swimming in it. The bar by the infinity pool inexplicably started charging after 6pm, which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive resort. Mermaid Meet and Greet: This was very crowded, slippery, and potentially dangerous. The mermaids were significantly late, which added to the chaos, leaving children frustrated and restless. Outdoor Snack Bar: The snack bar was unhygienic and slippery at all hours of the day. We also overheard a woman being told that she needed to be a “favorite” to get pizza, which was very unprofessional. Toilets: The toilets were broken, with bad locks and gaps in the doors. They were slippery and poorly located, with not nearly enough for the size of the hotel. Beach: Despite being advertised as a hotel-owned beach with direct access, it was neither. This was misleading and disappointing. Drinks: The drinks were of poor quality, and the queues were long due to a lack of staff. The water provided was disgusting, tasting heavily of chlorine. Sunbeds: The sunbeds were broken and packed tightly together. Guests were reserving them in the middle of the night despite the supposed 8am rule, and staff did nothing to enforce this. Overcrowding: The hotel was overcrowded, made worse by water park guests being allowed to roam freely, which raised safety concerns. On a more positive note: Staff: The staff were generally lovely, friendly, and always happy to help. Food: The food was a pleasant surprise. Really nice hotel, with perfect pools, crew, beach short way out of hotel, nice aquapark, we enjoed really fun there, really delisius restaurant and all meals there... but the most famous are the girls behind the bar, especially Mayte, nice woman, always happy, enjoing her job, smiling and frendly... thank for all Mayte...

Fabulous paella by Isobel and Fabio today. All staff at pool Side bar are friendly full of Life and fun. Area is well cleaned and hygienic. Drinks machines are filled up regularly and also ice creams topped up All day. Great area and lots of selection

Arrived at the hotel ,check in was fast we booked the safe. We hired the towels for 20 euros which is refunded when returned. Pool area was bust but plenty of umbrella and loungers. The pool bar where the chef prepared our lunch time pizza was the best. Barbara in the main restaurant was very professional and helpful as 1 member of our party needed gluten free options and this was not a problem . The range of food available was different every day. Our room was serviced daily,the cleaners work hard to maintain standards. It was my birthday when we where away and the hotel/staff made it special. The beach is within walking distance. All staff are friendly and helpful. We booked a trip through the Tui rep which was a fun day out ..meet the sea. We had a few cocktails in the evening watching the sunset at the infinity pool ,there is a charge after 7:30 but worth the cost they also had a DJ,singer .
