From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel.

Great hotel that offers everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is just amazing! Exceptional is the service staff: always friendly and very efficient. We enjoyed the short offered trips with Ivan in the Bentley from the hotel. This hotel knows how to please their guests. When we go back to Ibiza it will be again in the Gran Hotel.

Loved this hotel. The location was good with either a 20 minute walk into Ibiza old town or a boat taxi costing 3.5 Euros return per person. Some restaurants & takeaways closeby & a supermarket across the road. All the staff were very attentive & friendly, particularly the staff at breakfast who were so friendly & efficient. As for the breakfast, well, this was something else. Without doubt, the best & most relaxing breakfast we have ever had anywhere in the world. The spread was amazing & it was such a relaxing experience. We often sat for 2 hours just enjoying the food & the atmosphere. I would return to this hotel just for the breakfast & breakfast staff alone. The pool staff at the adults pool were very attentive & helpful. Nothing was too much bother. The only issue I had was my bill which I always pay for the night before I leave, in case there is an issue. The bill contained items which I did not have from the mini bar. The items were used by the previous occupant. I should have clocked this as the mini bar was being restocked as we took possession of the room. I think there is maybe a learning point here for the hotel's procedures so that this cannot happen again. Thankfully this was quickly cleared up by the gentleman at the reception that evening. We had a Panoramic room on the 4th floor. The views over to the old town were fantastic. Overall, a great holiday & will return to The Ibiza Gran on our next visit to Ibiza.

Whauw, I have been here a couple time now and they (the hotel and the staff!!) surprise me every time with their warmth. All staff, no expectation, is so nice and has so much eye for detail! No effort is too much to make guests have an unforgettable time. I was very happy and blessed to stay at the hotel for a week this time. This will always be my first choice of hotel when coming to Ibiza. Great thanks to all staff, the door men, the front disk, the breakfast crew and the people at the pool.

This hotel is absolutely sensational . Besides the beautiful venue and facilities. The incredible food and drinks on offer. The serene inviting swimming pools. The super comfy beds and superb air conditioning in the rooms ! What made the hotel stand out at a level much more than 5 stars were the staff. At every point there is a consistent friendly professional level of service making our stay feel like we had a family on holiday . Nothing was too much trouble . Guillermo on reception was above and beyond! Beatriz and Alex on concierge were super efficient , and every single team member at the main door , at the breakfast each day. This must mean that the hotel looks after their staff . Happy staff = happy guests . This hotel for me was a 10 star experience . Congratulations and long may your high standards continue

We had a fantastic time at this marvellous hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly staff, full of local knowledge and genuinely wanting you to have a wonderful time. A special shout out to Jose at the poolside for his attention to detail, Louis head doorman who gave us lifts in the hotel Bentley! What a treat. Andrea at breakfast who gave us lots of tips for site seeing and like all the staff greeted us each morning with a warm smile. Sergio, the sales manager, made our trip one to remember with a lovely tour of the hotel with all of its art to admire and talk about. Thank you to all of the staff, you are lovely special people . It was our first visit to Ibiza but not our last.

Another excellent stay at the Ibiza Gran, the room and hotel are beautiful - especially with the new upgrades to the reception area and bar. Staff are always friendly and offer wonderful service with a smile. Still the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Everything is impeccably clean, freshly prepared and always well stocked. It truly is pure luxury to stay here and one we look forward to every time. My only very small criticism, which doesn’t warrant loosing a ‘star’ but does make us feel a little under appreciated 😕. As returning guests (probably 7 or 8 times we’ve stayed here now), we’re always asked at reception if it’s our first visit. There is never any recognition from reception staff. We don’t expect a welcome fanfare but there must be some way to see on your system we’re returning guests? A simple “welcome back” would be lovely and appreciated. I don’t want to believe it’s because we’re not superstar DJ’s or mega wealthy pro football players…but one can’t help feeling that way. We love your hotel Ibiza Gran, and staying with you twice a year is a real treat for us but perhaps you can acknowledge your returning guests at check in? 🤍
