Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park

We were fine in general. We found rather more than expected. Food was good. Napkins were on demand. I really enjoyed riding aqua park facilities. There are busy swimming pools and those without anyone. Espresso was excellent. But sea isn’t too deep for adult, but good for kids and kite surfing beginners.

**Hotel Review** Our recent stay at this hotel was arranged by our travel agent, Travelodeal, after a last-minute change. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: **Pros:** The hotel boasts numerous swimming pools and a fun aqua park for children. The beach is quite nice, offering plenty of space, especially when the hotel isn’t fully booked. Our room was spacious and modern in style, although we encountered several issues during our stay. **Cons:** Unfortunately, the room had multiple problems, such as half of the lights being out, only two working electrical outlets, and a lack of hot water (which was eventually resolved). Additionally, the corridors were quite noisy due to the hard tile floors, making it easy to hear guests and staff at all hours. Wi-Fi access is limited to the reception lobby, and we ended up paying extra to our agent for a SIM card to stay connected. The food was, without a doubt, the most disappointing aspect of our stay. Having traveled to Egypt before, we have experienced various hotels, but this one stood out for all the wrong reasons. The restaurant felt unclean and sticky, with tables covered in food remnants and no napkins provided. Guests had to serve themselves cutlery, and the buffet options dwindled rapidly after 7:30 PM, with minimal refills before closing at 8:30 PM. The food quality was poor, and the fruit selection was limited and awkwardly prepared. Drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups, and while the beer was decent, the overall selection was lacking. Other dining and drinking options were available but often closed during our stay. In summary, if your priority is a family-friendly environment and you’re not overly concerned about the food, this hotel might be acceptable—especially if you find a very great deal. However, if you’re seeking a quality vacation experience at a reasonable price, I would recommend looking elsewhere as this hotel is very low in quality.

I’m sorry to see lots of poor reviews on here, and felt I must write about our experience. I came with my sister- we are in our 50s and have travelled quite a bit. We were moved to this hotel from another, after being away on a Nile cruise. We were told our first hotel was overbooked and we had to stay here for a night with transfer back to our other hotel (Sea star beau rivage) the next day if we wished. We decided to stay based on kettle in our room ( game changer for us!!) the large, clean and bright room. There was Spag, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water every day in room. Staff were helpful and friendly, quiet pool ( no one else there AT ALL!!) It is a HUGE place - about 12 pools. Very clean INDEED - lots of staff working hard to keep everything clean and the gardens were very well tended too - a pleasure to look out on! The food was OK …. Not brilliant but we always found something we liked. There is a small restaurant on the same floor as reception and that was SO MUCH better than the one on the ground floor and rather cavernous (and noisy!) - both served same food, but service upstairs was very good (thank you Ahmed) and quiet, small tables. Alcoholic drinks not great ,(but we are not big drinkers) beer was ok, and plentiful squash and soft drinks (understandable when you think majority of local guests may be teetotal 🤷🏼‍♀️) We had great hamman and facial and found if you are pleasant, all the staff (without exception) are very pleasant, friendly and smiley. We went (unknowingly!) during an Egyptian school break, so, naturally, there were lots of local people having fun in pools (one is heated a all others cold, but all kept extremely clean - we saw staff testing the water daily) and in the evenings where the entertainment was loud and definitely aimed at families. However, all music stopped at 10pm and then completely quiet. We went in January, so maybe more international guests during summer?? Overall, although the hotel is not a 5 star by European standards ( none are, tbh, in our experience of Egypt!!) we had a relaxed few days being looked after by some nice people.

Came as a family children of all ages just beware there is nothing around this hotel in walking distance. None of the drinks cocktails are drinkable and the food well all the kids lived on chicken and rice the whole holiday deserts was enjoyable. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had mash veg or pancakes. Pools and ground are beautiful rooms are not the best but we didn’t mind so much as to us is a place to sleep. BEWARE they hassle you all day everyday for you to buy trips even after telling them no someone else comes along then again the next person never ending. We have been Egypt before and I wish we chosen another hotel the food, drinks and the hassle from them to buy stuff. Also shop in lobby be careful tried charge £21 pounds for 3 packet of crisps and a magnet.

The bedroom was large, the upper dinning room was quieter. Ahmed, Ashraf, Hassany, Mastavy,Mustafa, Mahmo, Sadlh, Mohamed, and Haleefa. Lovely service. But I didn't realise you need to book other restaurants to reserve a booking the day before. Matteo thanks for your front desk help.

One of the worst hotels we have ever been to the food was terrible same food every day always a off smell and disgusting taste and will leave you having food poising the people there are so rude they will push little children just to get in front and the workers are so touchy with the kids one worker put one of the children in a headlock and it was so concerning also the entertainment crew are so unprofessional all they do is flirt with young girls and try to get their social media only god knows what they do next it’s like they work there just to perv on girls also they don’t have wifi only in the reception so when you go to the reception there are so many people you can’t even find a seat all their pools are so cold and you can’t even relax because the workers who provide services like spa and hair force and beg you to buy their services for a big price and when you dismiss them and say no they just keep going on and on and once they leave they give dirty looks and swear in Arabic so unprofessional overall a really bad and boring hotel we all wanted to leave worst Christmas ever don’t come here especially for Christmas your going to regret it.
