The hotel is perfect! When we arrived they offered us fresh and provided a room quickly enough. The room was in separate building a bit far from the main restaurant but you just needed to call and order shuttle bus telling them your room number. Not more than 5 minutes waiting but if you’d like to walk to the beach or to restaurants just ask them about closer options. The food was delicious, several swimming pools are available but the main one was our favorite. It’s in a couple steps from the beach so mostly we spent time there. The beach is sandy and wide. Really great! Gym and spa are decent. We used them quite often. And the best Rixy kids club we have ever seen. Our kid was super excited about it. So highly recommend this hotel for your family trip

The best hotel I have ever been to in Hurghada. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help with your questions. The food is excellent, there are several restaurants that you don't have to sign up for and 5 restaurants with reservations. The restaurants where you have to make reservations are staffed by waiters who bring menus and dishes that you order. At the entrance to reception very friendly staff, I would like to appreciate Anastasia, who very quickly was able to help me with my questions and quickly put me in the room. At the reception there is often live music in the form of 6 musical instruments. There is a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in the hotel, Mohamed Metwally bus is very chatty and always joking, which is a great mood booster, always finds a topic for conversation. The hotel is fairly new built 2021 the rooms are clean and cleaned well. In March the temperature of the heated pool 29 degrees, not heated 21 degrees. The sea temperature is 26 degrees. In my opinion this is one of the best hotels in the Rixos chain, will definitely come back here again

We were at the hotel in December 2024-January 2025. Varied and tasty food, excellent service. A small drawback - upon arrival at the hotel they did not pay due attention (we were here a year and a half ago - they met us with champagne, complimentary towels and were very friendly). I would especially like to note Samy Elnemr - he serves near the central pool. Cheerful and caring!!!

Everything was great and tasty.Personal is very helpfull. If you lucky enough and your waiter would be Yasser - then your evening will be super great! Yasser Taha is the best waiter that I met, get realy good with kids! Thank you. Nice place and atmosphere!

We enjoyed every moment of our dinner stay. The food was delicious nicely presented. Especially beef carpaccio, as well as sea bass carpaccio. Beef tenderloin was amazing. Speciql thanx to the chef and especially to Ahmed Refach. He is brilliant and nice, loyal, welcoming waitresses. We will definitely come back.

The hotel facilities are very good, nice view. A litlle improvment need the main restaurant, interfon didn't feel that i was at a 5*+hotel. The a la carte restaurants are very nice. The premium drinks aren't în all bars, thats not very ok. Rooms very nice.
