Nice stuff nice place and good for relax and enjoy the time front the sea

酒店很大，乾淨、整潔，泳池、沙灘、酒吧、餐廳一應俱全。酒店服務人員也還可以，沒感受到歧視亞洲人什麼的。房間裝修雖然有一點年份了，但是總體維護得不錯，電視也算是新款了。兩間酒店Alpha、Alma的餐廳都可以吃，但是最少要提前一天預約。自助餐看著選擇很多，但是好吃的不多😂對於中國人來說吃起來就都挺一般的吧。

這軟件發個照片太難發了 老是上傳失敗！ 這個酒店性價比非常非常高！房間很大 服務人員都很有禮貌 莊園環境特別優美 泳池 海灘 晚會都很好 吃的不太符合中國人口味 不過這邊的飲食都這樣 甜品很好吃！我是一個i人 在這裏變成了e人 和不同國家的人一起跳舞 沒有人在意你跳得怎麼樣 大家都好開心 這種鬆弛感是國內沒有的 真的很不捨得離開 因為房間在一樓 有點潮濕 而且有些被套床單已經起球了 設施也不太新 建議大家定價格高一點的房型 也沒貴多少錢 我朋友訂的比我貴一點點 在二樓 視野很好 也沒那麼潮 總之非常滿意 不想走 回去之後難過好幾天😭

酒店偏老，房間空調噪音較大，床單面料還可以，但是沒有電梯裏硬傷，既使有工作人員，也得自己搬，還有就是出門打車很坑，酒店員工有自己的黑車，但是價格翻幾倍，如果你不打他們的黑車，他們不會讓你網上叫的車進酒店大門口的。

房間非常漂亮 而且經理免費幫我們升級了房型 這個酒店真的非常值得推薦 因為3餐全包 而且食物非常豐盛 情人節晚點還送我們了一餐高級餐廳體驗 整體非常棒👍 下次再來！

有自助一日三餐 餐食很豐富，非常好

位置優越，三餐可口，節目豐富，可以充分體驗紅海的風情。

房間設施很差，房間很小，床上用品很舊。

it was a wonderful time! wonderful big hotel with beautifull garden. Very nice professional service. Good food in restaurants. Great beach and coral reef.there is a great diving school right next to the hotel. We will come back for sure! !!!

Alpha Beach was perfect for us as a retired couple with its relaxed vibe in late November/early December. Weather quite breezy on many days was warm enough to sunbathe. 21-27 C . Service is excellent everywhere.Buffet varied with the Grill outside main buffet superb. Recommend The Baywatch Restaurant on beachfront for breakfast and dinner. Super views and more relaxed.No need to book. The Italian a la carte in the sister hotel was a favourite. The A la carte's in Alpha Beach all excellent and worth booking. Do so on arrival with the app, you do need to select your dishes at time of booking however. 3 reservations per week included. We had a Club room with great view over pool towards the sea.Daily room service first class. Reception were really helpful ( thanks Ahmed) . Guest relations also great (thanks Nada). Animation team are very helpful and friendly if you want to be active. Thank you Nura and all of your colleagues. The beach is not really child friendly as you need to swim off the jetty steps into quite deep water . Entry through the shallow water over the coral is discouraged.Water was warm. The pools are chilly except the top one where activities are held. All in all a very well managed hotel , clean and well cared for.

Suggest this hotel, very good level of services. The staff and managers permanent are ready to satisfy any requests for accommodation. Thank you for good vacation. The food was great. The rooms are good. Good sea, and pools. The territory are very green and excellent view

2nd time in the Hotel came in June and now over xmas and new year. Hotel still fantastic however WIFI from the rooms need to improve! Also not spotted in June the hotel needs to heat 2 of the pools as no one went in the pools for the 2 weeks we was there. Other hotels have this. However everythingcwas great a special mention the the guys a Master doving centre very very professional i'am a DM so i have experience. Will go back in May.
