This so-called “all-inclusive” is an absolute joke. The food is the worst I have ever tried—bland, cold, and the same thing every single day. As for the drinks? They just serve tap water and call it “mineral water.” Disgraceful! The pools are fake, and the area around them is dangerous. My husband slipped and fell, and no one cared! I saw multiple people fall, and still, there was no concern from the staff. The rooms? Filthy, damaged, and look like they were never finished. Everything feels neglected and dirty. Service? What service? The staff is rude, unhelpful, and if they don’t understand English, they just laugh in your face or get angry at you. This place is a complete scam. I wouldn’t come back even if they paid me! Stay far away!

The territory of the hotel is large and well-groomed, there is a lot of greenery, a water park, several swimming pools, the hotel rooms are normal, they clean daily, what is necessary to bring everything. Food: starting with breakfast, coffee, drinks and sweets are at your service, as well as scrambled eggs with vegetables, or without vegetables. Lunch: a variety of meats, different types of chicken, fresh and spiced vegetables, as well as drinks from alcohol to various juices and sodas. Dinner: these are pastry masterpieces, a huge selection of fruits and of course fried meat, battered and batterless. The food is very tasty and varied. Therefore, take your mood with you and relax.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Our room was in need if major refurbishment, with a lot of damage in it. A section of floor tiling between the beds was damaged, leaving a drop of approximately 1 centimetre, other tiles were also cracked. The bathroom was in an even worse state with tiling broken off completely or hanging off. The safety grab rail in the shower cubicle was broken and hanging off, the door frame next the shower cubicle was rotten. Meal times were horrific with pushing and shoving by the 95% Egyptian clientele. The food was horrible, there was nothing worth eating for breakfast except eggs. Lunch and dinner hot meals were served tepid or cold and meat cooked on the terrace BBQ was left uncovered for up to 2 hours prior to service. The food as always the same every day and meat was over cooked and dry. Loud music was played all day on 2 separate sound systems with different music, the only place to escape it partially was on the beach, this consists of grit and not sand. We have stayed at numerous hotels around the world and would not recommend anyone to stay at this terrible hotel. We could add a lot more faults at this hotel but suffice it to say, it is truly terrible.

We arrived at midnight and for four people there was a dirty room with one large bed. We felt terrible and they made jokes about it, saying it was a great family room. We fought with the reception for 3 hours for a place to sleep, towels, toilet paper, water supply or even clean sheets. we paid extra for the bungalow 70 $, but even there we had to argue for two more beds. Tragedy and despair. Common areas ok, good looking and clean. room very outdated and underfunded. Decoration elements in terrible condition. Bungalow has nice mini patio with exit to pool. Drinks are moonshine and what a joke. tiny plastic cups. we got ourselves big glasses so we wouldn't have to run to the bar all the time. Only beer from 7up saved us. food was ok, not perfect, but you can eat and choose something. The service was rude and indifferent. very incompetent, apart from the cleaning man and the man at the ice cream machine. A many swimming pools, warm water in the sea, sun and good company compensate for the rest. The hotel deserves max 3 stars. it's a pity, because it has a great area and location and with a little work and improvements it could be a really great place. This is my third stay in Egypt and unfortunately the worst hotel. The approach to guests is horrible and vulgar, so I do not recommend this hotel.

One of the many hotels of the Hawai chain, located on the beach, with a nice view of the sea. Mosque opposite. The hotel is 90% Egyptians and other Arabs. The beach is more pebble than sand, so you can't enter the water without shoes. The hotel is rather not for Europeans due to the rude and intolerant behavior of Arab guests towards guests from Europe - pushing into queues, both in the canteen and on the slides, and many other behaviors perceived by Europeans as downright scandalous. IN PLUS: Many slides, including pontoon ones. Affordable tour price. Close to the airport and the center of Hurghada. We were issued wristbands at 11:00, so ahead of schedule. For an additional fee (about USD 20) you can get a room with a view of the sea and swimming pools. IN MINUS: Long queues, mainly for the pontoon slides. Every morning (from 8 a.m.) the animators play loud music of Egyptian hits. Wi-Fi in the lobby, but veeery slow. There were power outages. There is constant dirt in the canteen, both on and under the tables. Repeatedly spilled drinks make it difficult to move around the canteen, increasing the risk of slipping. On the day of check-out, wristbands are taken away at 12, so you can only use the swimming pool part of the hotel. Average food, but you can find something grilled every day, so OK

The hotel must have a single star The food was the worst imaginable in terms of quality and taste. The ceiling at the cooking area and the Pizzeria was black with dirt and oil residue. Always dirty with leftover food at the serving tables. The same dishes every day: Chicken drumstick with the feathers still on, mince steak, the same fish dishes with the same puddings, uncooked and hard vegetables. Often the food was old from previous days. Pastries that were served were often old and very hard. Soft drinks, juice, wine, beer etc. were served at a small kiosk. The amount was huge. The coffee didn't taste like coffee at all. The staff in all places were nice, helpful despite all the shortcomings. The exception was some of the reception staff who were rude and arrogant. The room and bathroom had worn, dirty and broken fittings The swimming pool had some flaws but OK overall The outdoor dining areas had very limited food and drink availability We and many other hotel guests felt that the hotel tried to skimp on everything that hinders the comfort of the customers.

Not up to Tauck's usual high standards. Resorts and meals at resorts were excellent. Too much free time. Too many meals not included. Alcohol, wine, and beer not included on almost all included meals. Too much free time. Tauck net the helicopter trip provider went out of business two months earlier but didn't find a replacement. Tauck booked a catamaran trip with an operator with only one boat. The operator didn't check the engines until we were on the boat. After about 50 yards, we returned to dock and the trip was cancelled. DO NOT LET TAUCK MAKE your travel arrangements. Day 12 of the 12 day trip had nothing scheduled. Check out time was noon. We were scheduled to be picked up at 8:30 p.m. fo an 11:30 p.m. flight. What? Probably because Tauck wanted to save on a trip to the airport; we shared the van with another Tauck traveller. There were earlier flights which we later learned when United contacted us about an earlier flight to avoid an impending snowstorm in Philadelphia . We couldn't book it because United couldn't change without an okay from our travel agent, i.e., Tauck. It was after Tauck's office closed and our tour director was no help. By the time we got a Tauck travel agent, she didn't seem to care and said there was no available earlier flight. So, we got to drive through a treacherous snowstorm for 3 1/2 hours. It would have normally been a two hour drive
