The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The pool and spa facilities were luxurious and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax. The on-site restaurant served exquisite dishes, with a diverse menu and high-quality ingredients. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to assist.

Wir waren zum 4. Mal im Hotel und wieder begeistert. Lieben Dank an alle Mitarbeiter vom Management bis zu den Gärtnern. Danke an die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, vor allem Hossam für die Hilfe bei jedem noch so kleinen Problem. Ein besonderer Dank auch an die Jungs von der Pool- und Lobbybar und natürlich an unseren Room Boy!

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Es ist sehr gepflegt und gut in Schuss. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und nicht abgewohnt. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und groß. Kleines Manko dort ist, das es kaum bis keine Liegenauflagen gibt. Das Essen ist gut und die Auswahl auch. Kleines Manko hier, der Getränke Service ist nicht so gut. Die Kellner stehen neben einen und sehen das wir nix zu trinken haben und reagieren da er selten. Im großen und ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel und wir werden garantiert wieder kommen.

Вот хочу написать отзыв и понимаю, что все уже сказано и написано! Отлично! Суппер! Великолепно! Но что то нуж но же написать!!! Итак заезд - отлично, быстро, вообще без проблемм! Номер - 8109, восьмой корпус первый этаж! Выше всяких похвал, супперский! Питание - великолепное, описывать бесполезно, так как невозможно описать! Ресторанов и баров МОРЕ! иди в любой! Все вкусно, все свежее и на любой вкус, есть абсолютно все и мясо и морепродукты и т.д. по огромному списку! Обязательно нужно посетить монгольский ресторан! Впечатления на всю жизнь! Море и пляж - Отлично! Великолепно! Суппер! Лучший пляж на котором я был за все свои поездки! Территория - описать невозможно!!! Райский Сад! Все идеально чисто и ухожено! Бассейны - чистейшие с подогревом. Есть небольшой аквапарк. Спортзал - лучший который я видел из всех отелей где был! Анимация - мне все понравилось! Выезд - отлично, вообще без проблемм, браслеты не срезают, можно пользоваться всем!!! За это отдельный Респект! Персонал - СУППЕР МОЛОДЦЫ!!! все без исключения, если кого то выделю значит обижу остальных! А вообще это кмплекс из трех СУППЕСКИХ отелей - Гарден бич, Мамлюк и Кристалл!!! Мы были везде! Во всех барах и ресторанах всех трех отелей! Это место конечно впечатляет!!! Описать все невозможно! Это нужно увидеть и пожить там! Туристы в основном немцы. Но очень доброжелательные и комуникабельные! Я думаю что это лучший комплекс в Хургаде по качеству и цене! При первой же возможности я обязательно вернусь в этот отель! Het animatie team is heel erg leuk! Komen elke dag met goede energie naar de mensen toe. Ook komen ze gezellig een praatje maken en zijn ze geïnteresseerd. Zelfs tijdens de ramadan hebben ze genoeg energie en zijn ze heel gezellig. Service van het resort is ook goed en het eten ook.
