I got back this morning from the most wonderful holiday at this brilliant, expertly-run hotel. It’s a 5 star which delivers an 8 star level of service. Shout out to the General Manager who has trained an outstanding team of waiters, cleaners, cooks, front of house staff, receptionists. I have visited 53 countries in reasonable style & I can say that SERVICE is the thing that makes a hotel great. I would like to draw to the GMs’s attention a waiter in the lounge called Amr. He did not ask me to make this recommendation. He is motivated, extraordinarily warm to ALL guests, cannot do enough, solicitous ie ahead of your wants. And has so much energy to devote to his employer. He loves his job now but dreams of a job at Reception & as an international headhunter myself I would say you should promote him. He speaks excellent English & is personable. But all the staff from the little old man who checks you into the complex on the other side of the road to the animators are full of enthusiasm & efficiency. The resort is beautifully landscaped, the gardens immaculate. The rooms impeccable. The food superb. You can literally get anything you want. That is because there are SUFFICIENT STAFF, & each person has their role & responsibilities clearly delineated. I can’t wait to return.
