此次的差評送給前台Ahmed，我們定了兩晚，到達房間後發現房間裏的空調不製冷，無奈衹能聯繫維修，維修了很久，雖然沒有修好……，，但是維修人員服務態度很好，無奈衹能去前台換房間，重點就是這裏，前台Ahmed非常傲慢，直接告知我們衹能給我們換個小房間，我們表示疑惑為什麼不可以換同房型，或者換成小房間是否退差價，結果Ahmend比我們還生氣？就好像我們提出了無理的要求？態度非常強硬的告知我們，就剩這小房間，要的話就讓他同事帶我們去看，不要就住空調無法制冷的原房間？我們去看了房間，比我們定的小太多了，我們表示不喜歡，如果預訂換成小房間是否會退差價，傲慢的Ahmed立刻表示這和他無關，我們僵持在前台，這時候Ahmed突然不耐煩的打電話，幾分鐘後他告訴我們還有一個房間，讓我們去看下，態度極差，命令式，好笑的事，我不懂他為什麼有如此無理的態度？並且之前告知我們衹有小房間，但在我們拒絕後，突然又有同房型了？這很有趣😁，事情到這裏並沒有結束，我們退房時，他竟然拿出滿意度表格讓我們填寫，我們拒絕後在等車期間，他的同事知道了Ahmed導致我們多次的不滿，這裏要感謝Mohamed，他試圖解決這個事情，讓Ahmed出來説明原因，但很明顯Ahmed有自己的個人素質？竟然出來質問我們為什麼不滿意？這真的太好笑了……，外部的車進酒店需要前台也就是Ahmed聯繫放行，結果他並沒有告知我們這件事，最後是Mohamed幫助我們解決了這個問題，但我相信這應該是Ahmed的工作內容，所以到現在為止，我依舊不明白他為何如此無理？酒店的要求嗎？！無理的對待中國人？這很有趣…

Hotel has been fantastic for start to finish . Food on point every night. Aqua park and beach are an added bonus to the resort. Dragon is amazing in the entertainment team… hotel amazing and all round a fantastic trip. Already planning 2026!!!!!!

A hotel worth recommending, very friendly atmosphere and service, special thanks to the bartender Mahmoud and the entire animation team, in general, the entire service deserves thanks from us, you really felt like you were on holiday, we highly recommend it, we will gladly go back there, see you next year

We vacated at SARAYA PALMS for 3 weeks from July to the 16th August. This hotel has so many plus points. We stayed in room 2011 a 2 bedrooms suite. Although should have been 1 double and 1 twin room. This caused a bit of a grievance for my family of 4 - with my daughter 21, son 15 and a 4 year old daughter who was sharing with me. The apartments are huge with separate kitchen and living areas. I’d have liked a tv in the rooms. It’s nice to just wind down with. The pool area was a little on the small side. And the pool was actually hot in the first 2 weeks we were there. Strangely cooled right down in the 3rd week. You NEVER have to reserve a beds - which I never do anyway. Great little pool bar with a really lovely server - always in a cheerful, mischievous mood. Snack bar opens after lunch finishes. Lovely chicken subs, cakes, fries etc. The restaurant - food was really good with a really great service. HUGE shout out to HANNY & MOUSTAFA. You find these guys walking throughout the buffet ensuring everything was perfect. These guys run a tight ship and anything you need they could help with. Hot, fresh food. It could get a little same old - but then we were there for 3 weeks. Snacks should be available in the evening - just sandwiches, pastries or crisps. As there’s nothing to eat after the restaurant closes. Entertainment guys were great. Really a lot of fun and some great dancers. However the female entertainment staff could do with some more training. Very young, subdued and not very approachable. I found the hotel could have more for kids. At night after dinner there’s only 1 pool table, 30 minutes of kids dances and that’s it. Really could do with some games, machines and activities. Evening entertainment was the usual dancers, belly dancers, singers etc. Karaoke on a Friday which could really be continued every night after entertainment as once the show was done there’s not much to see or do. Karaoke was also done by holding your mobile phone - it’s just too awkward. Have a tv screen available and again after shows do a karaoke disco. Everyone gets engaged with it and has a laugh. The water park is phenomenal - grab a shuttle at reception. The food and drinks are included there. I have ME & Fibromyalgia so struggle to walk for long. If you go to the main reception they’ll drive you to the festival and pick you up in a golf cart. What I need to say is this hotel is spotless. To have full marks for me - it really needs more entertainment , snacks available in the evening - there’s nothing available if you get peckish. More kids activities, games etc, also more sugar free drinks should be provided. Staff were really what make this place. Everyone is so hard working. Great hotel if you want away from the hustle & bustle and have a more chilled time. Was definitely not what we are used to but really enjoyed our time. Use UBER for taxis. They’ll text you with stupid amounts - just tell them to cancel and wait - ALWAYS pay

It was very good hotel,very beatiful place,a lot of palms and trees,food was also very tasty but not a big choose, they have two pools,big rooms,but this rooms need upgrade,animation team is very friendly and make a lot of activities every day, thank you

So we’re back from a family holiday of 7 of us. 5/13/14/15/16 yrs. The hotel is fantastic. It’s worthy of its reviews for sure, although be cautious of the Google reviews the staff often inflate these. The food was good, breakfast was the same every morning, fruit, cakes, sausages, mash potato! Breads, omelettes and eggs made to order and cereals. Plenty of milk options which was good. Hot drinks, fruit juices on taps. Lunch and dinner was different every night and it was lovely very varied and well cooked. Deserts same every night with cakes and sticky puddings and ice cream. The catering staff were so attentive. ABDUL who served us, and is in one of our photos was incredible thank you so much. Every day he kept a table reserved for us in a good spot. Lovely man. The food who was so quiet no queues at all, in face it only ever looked about 20% full at any one time. The snack bar was order on request and I never saw anyone else use it except me. 50 odd tables and no one there. The food was good they did fajita, chicken burgers and dippers etc with chips all nice. Pool bar only did drinks these were ok, cocktails ok, look fancy but not that great. Think it’s down to the local booze it’s never quite the same. Some people commented on the quality of the cups they are a bit washed out but this was down to multiple dishwasher use I suppose. You are entitled to one use of the a la cart restaurants slightly off site but despite reception saying they would sort it, it never happened so we don’t go. They kept saying it’s a busy time of year. We did chase up whether the booking was made but again no one got back to us to let us know. It was actually the manager we spoke too. The pool waiter was great he made the cocktails very fancy and took pride in his work and was always busy. Slushys and cold drinks available. Shame you can’t help yourself. Lastly on food it’s a shame ice creams were only available at dinner and also no waffles or crepes. The beach was ok, long swim to the reef not suitable for small non swimmers but the see was shallow and super warm. Lots of fish if you can get to the reef. There are showers and a beach bar with loads of drinks and fast food options. Waffles and crepes available here. Camel riding on the beach. Our room was a ground floor apartment 3 bed and slept 7. We had to ask for an extra bed as it wasn’t ready on arrival but it arrived quick. The rooms are massive. So much space but they are a bit tired. Doors outside don’t all work and curtains hanging on runners etc. beds were cleaned every day but clearly never cleaned under the beds. Our air con was cold and a welcome break from the sun but in our master room it was noisy we did complain about it room 2001. The reception team were very helpful though in general and most people’s English was good. The main bar was so quiet hardly anyone seemed to use it. This is where the entertainment is. they have a pool table but the ques have seen better days a
