Service is not equal to 5 stars hotel , even hotel is new one and so expensive, and they are so materialist, we pay a lot of money for room charges, but if you don't return back the towel missed card , they will ask you 5 usd each card , which it's not acceptable, for me I will not repeat this experience in this hotel

超級好的酒店，超級超級超級推薦，除了遠離市區其他沒缺點。 1.主要是景色超美，有成人滑梯還有kids區域可以玩，泳池四五個，預訂還可以有露天按摩浴缸，旁邊是馬代那種紗床巨美，和隔壁酒店是一起的，隔壁也很美。 2.餐廳超好吃（對比某書推薦另一家連鎖這家簡直是天堂，那家全是雷這家按頭誇），甜品有足足幾十種沒吃到雷而且不甜，家人們誰懂啊在一眾歐美人菜單裏面吃到不甜的甜品簡直是天堂，大部分菜也好吃，意麪超級無敵香，水果種類很多酸奶種類也很多。此外還有兩家需要預約的餐廳，有海鮮燒烤可以預訂，像日料的埃及鐵板燒，很香但是我們沒有預訂。還有一個很有異域風情的帳篷。 3.有很長的私人沙灘海岸線，玻璃海酒店就可以擁有。沙灘上躺椅超多，能躺幾百個但是躺的人很少，吹海風舒服死了。 4.酒店裝修類似於國內的漫心，房間內很新，熱水充足，陽台美麗，玻璃窗還有鎖。部分建築還沒修建完，估計建完會漲價吧，真的超值了。 服務人員喜歡要風油精當小費🤣，我把還剩的半瓶給他了。 唯一不足就是晚上去海邊被蚊子咬了，但是壞蚊子無處不在，我不怪這個酒店。沒有遇到歧視中國人的現象，至少服務人員對我都很好，下次來還住這裏。

服務態度很差，對中國人有一定的不尊重，空調容易壞，並且房間與房間之間有內門，不是很安全，餐食方面也一般，不太建議

入住兩天的前台都有問題態度很差拿行李的個別服務人員態度很好但是就是太不爽這次入住體驗

確實沒得説，很不錯的度假酒店，自助餐很乾凈，下次還會入駐

Amazing hotel, hotel and animation team! They offer luxurious accommodations stayed in the sea view room and they provided excellent service. Really good food and pools! The beach is beautiful super clear waters! As for animation team they are fun and engaging, loved the daily activities and parties! Felt super safe going to the club with them.. Made the holiday! Definitely will be back, thank you!

This is not our first experience in Egypt, but it is our first experience in Hurgada and I must say we were very satisfied, I only have one negative note upon our arrival initially they could not find our reservation made through booking, then the front office manager came and solved our problem, however the room was not at all what we had booked through booking it was a room for 2 singles, not for a family of 3, anyway in the morning we went down and I talked about it with the front office manager who put me in the hands of Milad who was great he immediately found us another room on the ground floor, in the first block ours was 3012, beautiful and thank you very much to Milad for his helpfulness and kindness throughout our stay He made the difference in our vacation, his availability and help changed our stay in the hotel Thank you for ❤️ Milad The food was very good, at the restaurant we met Mohamed the food and beverage manager who made the difference in our vacation, always nice and with a smile to welcome us to the table, one bad thing is the chairs are really dangerous for the feet coming out, they are comfortable but you stumble easily.Waiters always very nice, the beach bar Ahmed super nice always helpful , We had dinner one night on the beach is Ahmed made us feel at home it was really a wonderful experience to grill on the beach, We met Mrs. Lina the hotel manager, always kind and smiling to ask every day if everything was ok is if we needed anything else, and a really nice thing that makes a difference in such a big hotel. Beautiful sea, beautiful pools, only negative note more care around the pools and more attention to the stairs of the pools of the little ones who slip easily, we have a 4 year old boy and he slipped on the stairs of the pool and got a big cut under his chin. We met at the beach Karen from the spa she recommended me and my husband some great massages it was really nice thanks to Karen for the advice is thanks to the wonderful hands of the girl Shimaa And then I have to say even though we were not with the agency the manager in charge Tahara from Veratur was really great he helped us a lot I recommend this place and hope to come back

Where do I even start from... V Luxury is truly a place that will make your vacation one of the best ones you ever had! The lobby was really beautiful and cozy, the bar there was also amazing, the hospitality from every member of the hotel was simply outstanding. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. There was tons of different foods, some of it was even being cooked right in front of you, the bar had branded soft drinks, there were always some deserts and fresh fruit... The food is so good that you wouldn't know what to eat first 😂 The stuff of the beach was amazing, friendly and always very helpful. The guys from the towel service area were always eager to bring us sunbeds and mattresses if we couldn't find any. Special props to Michael from the beach bar, Ahmed from the diving club, the team on the reception! Such an amazing and always positive people

I want to thank and praise the waiter on the beach Michel, the waiters in main restaurant Hazam and Hasan, and the receptionist Mariam. They were very professional and they helped me a lot during my stay at hotel. I wish them all the best. Good luck

Amazing restaurant,lovely pools ,clean and beautiful rooms,good drinks and the most friendly staff we know. Best hotel in Egypt so far! Our children love this place ! We are all coming back next year for.this great experiense. Thank you very much!!!

The V luxury hotel is really a place where you will really enjoy every minute in. The beach is amazing and sandy. The fish corals are everywhere so donot forget your scuba mask. The sea really is really pure and crystal like. The pools are huge . You will enjoy eating delicious food except for the salad corner which is very poor. The rooms are comfy. Special thanks to Melad in the reception who is veryyyy helpful. Thanks to Ahmed the beach bar’s guy for welcoming us with his lovely smile. The only negative comment is that some families from Pyramisa came to the pool and gave a rural atmosphere which was not nice at all. All in all you will never regret visiting the hotel 🤗

I would give it more than 5 stars! Our stay was really incredible. The food was also very enjoyable. The staff, chef and the director of the hotel were friendly. The pools were perfect and the beach directly at the resort. Amazing! I strongly recommend this resort.
