Food quality is bad and there is a limited variety of cosine. WiFi in rooms is chargeable and disconnected outdoors. The coffee machine is always switched off. The location is far from the city centre and downtown. The staff is friendly. The animation team is good. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Grande chambre mais pas d'ascenseur pour y accéder. Lit trop mou. Nourriture répétitive , manque des couverts pour les desserts. Boisson ok, idéal pour ceux qui aiment boire à volonté . Personnel sympathique. Hôtel trop éloigné de Hurghada. Surévaluation en nombre d'étoiles...je donnerai 3 étoiles

酒店很垃圾，晚上吵**音樂，要放到12點。最垃圾的是我們走的時候從一開始前台態度就很差，退房退了很久然後説我們偷他的衣架，我們住了兩天連衣櫃都沒打開過，我從中國來偷你衣架？而且當面給他們打開行李箱讓他們看，一幅很傲慢的態度，又不看！就是想要我們賠錢，咬死我們偷他衣架！！！

Wel heel leuk opgezet. Niet heel hygiënisch. Niet fijn dat de katten die daar rondlopen en niet geadopteerd mogen worden, want ze zijn zo leuk voor de gasten, Niet verzorgd worden en met vervilte vacht daar rondlopen. Verder veel verkoperspraatjes en tevens ook niet eerlijke antwoorden. Eten was wel oke. Personeel was buiten de verkopers wel heel vriendelijk.

The rooms are beautiful, beds are so clean and soft it's so surreal the staff are all very friendly eager to please and attend to your every needs. Everything about this place is magical and the entertainment is brilliant all the staff work in sync with each other they make your holiday a really amazing one,thank you to everyone for making my experience amazing and well done to everyone involved I love this beautiful place and will return again many times

Me and my friend arrived to the hotel early morning , we were warm welcome from the begging , hotel staff looked after Us were well , we got pretty room with view on sea. Rooms were clean with air-conditioning, beds were very comfortable, big balcony for us also. Food in restaurant fresh and a big choice for everyone . Thank you for all chef's, housekeeping , bartenders and lovely activities team especially to Tito ! You are a right person on right place , so friendly and polite. For sure will come back Our room 4312 ! See you soon !

Amazing place. Highly recommended. Stuff is very helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Workout in the pool is excellent. Water in the main pool is warm. Entertainment team work hard and there is a lot of activities to choose from. Mostfa is very lovely and helpful. The food is amazing for everyone

What a place. The staff are amazing, above and beyond for everything, especially Mustafa, Ali Baba and Wagi. The food is lovely, you don’t expect much with all inclusive but this is the best we’ve experienced. Entertainment every night has been great and lots of activities during the day. It’s definitely somewhere worth visiting.

The hotel is amazing, entertainment is very good Chloe and Rio are amazing they always encourage everyone to get involved . Food is great always something for everyone to eat, A la carte restraints very nice . Service round the pool is very good Moustafa is amazing. The theme of the hotel is very amazing.

Absolutely incredible Staff - absolutely lovely Rooms + hotel - the whole concept of „caves” is beautiful. Public toilets are one of the cleanest public toilets I’ve seen in a hotel. Rooms can get a little dusty but I guess because it’s a cave, it’s all made of concrete like so it would get a bit dusty but other then that, they do quite keep the tidiness standard Food - breakfast is the same everyday so it can get a little boring but other then that it is nice and quite of a variety. Lunch’s and dinners are also nice, can be repetitive like rice, but it’s in different form each day (one day Mexican rice, next day white rice etc). There are days were there’s chicken and days were it’s a fish day so it can be very controversial for some fussy eaters like myself but they have standard food like chips each day. Betty bar does incredible burgers and pizza. One of my fave meals at the restaurant was lasagna and mac and cheese. Entertainment crew - lovely, friendly and great enjoyment All inclusive drinks - stunning, nice variety and almost every drink tastes lovely I would 100% recommend, another great factor is that it’s an adult only resort so there is no kids screaming and yelling which makes it’s so peaceful and relaxing.

Been here for a few days, staff are lovely, rooms very clean and tidy, nothing is too much effort for the staff. Animation team try to include everyone in activities and do a good job at keeping people entertained. Always something to eat and cooked to a high standard.

Such an amazing place, we've enjoyed the entertainment, room is stunning and the vibes are just amazing. All the staff and reps are so friendly and always wanting people to join in with activities. Definitely coming back again with friends and family and chloe, rio, ahmed
