The room was clean and spacious enough. We were able to comfortably rest in the room before heading out for our free day. It was fun doing the Russian dress makeover, given upfront on trip.com. We had good help from hotel staff with some photography points and who also assisted with great smiles when we needed help with the photography while we fumble with the bulky dresses. It was a pleasant stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nijijin.

Here are some pros: - The hotel is very nice and spacious - Clean room - Good location in terms of the city Cons: - Only restaurants, no gym - More information on tourism could have been given

It was my first time to experience a Russian-style room, which was very charming. The lady at the check-out front desk also gave me a refrigerator magnet. The bathroom and bedding are also very clean. The tea cups are also very clean. The breakfast is rich and full of experience. The service is great, the attitude is good and quite professional. Nikki Hotel is worth experiencing and highly recommended. The price is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is very high. Russian welcome snacks: purple candies, halva, etc. are all good.

There is a large parking lot and the rooms are very unique. However, the shops around the hotel seem to be a bit exaggerated. . The breakfast decoration in the restaurant is very unique but there is nothing. . After walking around, I still wasn’t full. . I don’t know what to eat. I’m so disappointed. It doesn’t match the decoration at all.

The service is first-rate. The environment, whether in the guest rooms, lobby, coffee shop or restaurant, is very atmospheric. There are many old objects on display, which give it a heavy sense of age. It is easy to take pictures from every angle (free dressing experience is provided). We were also given breakfast, which was very good.

A must-visit hotel in Hailar. The architecture is like a fairytale castle, very photogenic, and the service is also very good. The front desk was very enthusiastic to change the room next to each other and gave 3 extra breakfasts. The free experience of changing the palace costumes exceeded expectations. There are not many styles of clothing, but the quality is very good, very substantial and not cheap at all. The lady was also very patient to help change clothes, highly recommended.

The room is large, with plenty of hot water. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room I booked for the elderly was upgraded for free by the front desk. The elderly were very satisfied and had a very pleasant stay

The hotel looks nice, especially at night. The service is very good. The rooms are clean and the clothes are folded. There is a self-service laundry room on the first floor where you can wash and dry clothes. The hotel can also take your clothes to be washed and dried and then sent back. The breakfast is good. I will stay here again next time.
