We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

這是第一次，可以不用廢話，直接問前台就能得到“馬拉松的，可以延遲到下午4點退房”爽快回復的酒店！嘖嘖稱讚！ 我訂過的酒店，通常下午2點退房，但對於大眾跑者來馬拉松，時間遠遠不夠。軟磨硬泡，有的酒店會同意下午2點半退房，或是説在2點半之後每小時收取20元鐘點房費；即便這樣，大多酒店也不同意這麼晚，衹能12點退房，最晚不超過下午2點，沒有條件可談。如果你遇到好的，可以談到下午3點退房，然後6點之前每個小時加收30元。有一次參加姑婆山越野跑，我不能在下午2點半趕到酒店，結果需要交60元才可以進房間。 酒店因利乘便，因勢利導。它離惠州奧林匹克體育場（鳥巢）不足2公里，跑完步就直接從那裡走路過來，大概30分鐘這樣，畢竟跑完42.195公里走路挺慢的；離對面的山姆會員商店開車也衹有1.5公里。酒店1樓有餐廳，價格合理，服務一流，非常值得就餐。倘若你想在酒店外面吃飯，也不錯，四處都有餐館。 房間乾淨衞生整潔，鑒於我們一家人入住，兩個小朋友，晚上叫加被子，不僅免費，服務員還帶來2瓶牛奶送給小朋友，關懷備至，讚不絕口。 房間很大，廁所和洗澡都是獨立房間，洗手盆潔凈無瑕；飲水杯子潔白無瑕，景田百歲山礦泉水也純潔無瑕，悉數心滿意足！ 早餐我沒有吃，但聽家人説滿意。 停車場？有地下停車場，也有酒店前面周遭之停車位，十分方便，不用擔心。 前台服務員體貼入微，房費物美價廉，有目共賞，交口稱讚！

Not bad, would like to remind all travelers, upon booking their room (special Queen room) is the cheapest and the lousiest, receptionist will remind you of that when you check in, if you want to upgrade to a better room you may need to pay extra..and I’m not impressed by her suggestions when she mentioned the room is a “Lake view rooms”, and it’s only at level 8 is a lake view if you pay even more, otherwise location of the hotel is perfect!
