We are very impressed with the service provided by the hotel staff. In particular with the concierge, the staff were friendly and very helpful to arrange transportation for us to travel to our next destination. A special mention to 陳珊珊 much appreciated to her attentive assistance. We will highly recommended this hotel to our friends and relatives.

The scenery and air here are very good and quiet. I recommend coming here in summer, when egrets will fly everywhere. Also, the sunset from 18:00 to 19:00 in the afternoon is really photogenic (but I feel my photography skills are a bit poor and I didn't take a good picture). The breakfast is self-service, with many types and delicious. The Cantonese dim sum in the Chinese restaurant is also very delicious. I didn't take a full picture, but I recommend the dishes in the picture. The Western buffet dinner is usually open on Saturdays. It is best to make an appointment one day in advance. It happened to be closed this time. Jean and Mandy at the front desk were very enthusiastic and provided good service. They introduced many nearby places to visit and eat. The restaurant waiters were also meticulous. Overall, I had a very good experience staying at the Sheraton this time.

I was amazed when I came to Huizhou on this trip. My friend recommended the Crowne Plaza Hotel to me. When I arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the surrounding environment to me. He was very attentive and also sent me breakfast. There are many types of breakfast and it is delicious. It is close to Huizhou West Lake. It is really good. Thumbs up

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

It was a good stay. I think they need to change the carpet. The breakfast was great. Nice view and so much to do. Affordable drinks and food. There's a mall and clubs next to the hotel. Great family hotel.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

This time I got a suite (which is about RMB 450). The room is spacious with a dining room, a bedroom, a toilet (no shower) and a bathroom. The room itself is a bit old. The carpet and the sofa are old. Lucky the bed and pillows are clean. The toilet and bathroom are also clean, with TOTO items in them. We only spent one night and i think it is acceptable. Dont expect too much on breakfast but they have a booth for making noodle, which is very delicious.

Very comfortable and quiet. Gan Zerong at the front desk provided meticulous and thoughtful service. I will choose Grand Skylight again next time.
